not what i expected went to the service center few days ago ,while waiting for someone to tell me the problem a salesman working in the service area tried to sell me a ca went to the service center few days ago ,while waiting for someone to tell me the problem a salesman working in the service area tried to sell me a car i wasnt there to buy and when i got the results of my car he stood there and listened to everything the serviceman had to say to me then followed me to clerk to pay and still tried to sale me a car,very rude.,,they wanted almost 2000$ to fix it.i went to another place for another opinion,.better results was 1200$ cheaper...runs great too wont see y'all again,new or used More

Service I bought a 2016 cruze shortly before the holidays. The next morning I noticed the tire pressure was low, so I put air in. I called the dealership to tell them about it, and that I wouldn't be able to bring it in until the new year. They assured me it would be no cost, and they would take care of me. I get the car there, and apparently there is a nail in the tire. They charged me full price of tire and installation. I believe the nail was in there all along. Not only this, but my credit cars was also charged for warranty they cancelled on my old car. This is the second, and last vehicle I will purchase from this dealership. More
