Bad Service We got a recall on our 2009 HHR to replace a airbag sensor.We went to Turnpike on 03/02/2015 to set up an appointment to get it replaced. They tol We got a recall on our 2009 HHR to replace a airbag sensor.We went to Turnpike on 03/02/2015 to set up an appointment to get it replaced. They told us to come in 03/04/2915 @ 9:30am to have it fixed. We got there @ 9:30 they took the car in. We had another problem with the car and asked if they could look at it. It was a rattling steering column that had been worked on three other times. They looked at us like we were stupid but said they would look at it. Two and a half hours later they told us their was nothing wrong with the steering column and they didn't have the recall part in stock (The Part That The Original Appointment Was Made For!!!). I told them that we have had the car there 3 other times for the rattling steering column (Last Time Was A RECALL ) and that I know what it sounds like when it needs fixed. The car is still under warranty. They drove it around their smooth as glass parking lot to check it!!! They heard no noise. I took the mechanic to a gravel road behind the Dealership to let him hear the rattle. He said he thought he could hear it but to bring it back when it's not raining so he could hear it better!!! He also said that he had spent too much time on our car already. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! All this time the "service consultant" Was Being Flippant And Condescending about the whole affair. These guys are a JOKE. Every time we deal with these people it's been nothing but a HASSLE. I will be taking our car to another dealer. More

Not only did I bring my 2008 Ford Explorer to u ONCE BUT TWICE & it is STILL under warranty & HAS NOT been fixed!! This past time, u had my Explorer for SEVENTEEN DAYS!! I was 2wks 3days w o a vehicle, With 5 kids, PLUS pregnant! Ur salesman LIED to me whn I bought it, The lady n service department tried blaming me for it, But funny its acted this way since DAY ONE tht I've had it! Ur staff is RUDE....They r all complete LIARS...what place has a mechanic tht can work on Chevrolets & NOT Fords so u have to send it to Marmet Turnpike Ford?! xxxxxxxxx! That's OK. Get ready, my LAWYER will b contacting yalls xxx! I wld NVR N A MILLION YRS recommend ANYONE to go there & buy a used OR new vehicle!! Bc we're not the 1st they have done this to!! My 1999 Chevy Tahoe was taken to Turnpike on a few occasions to get some work completed on it. Two of the times the vehicle came out of the shop in worse condition than it went in. The mechanics hav occasions to get some work completed on it. Two of the times the vehicle came out of the shop in worse condition than it went in. The mechanics have broken two parts on two different occasions attempting to fix other problems. After they broke the parts they called me and told me that the parts were broken and needed repaired and I have to pay for it. I do quite a bit of work on my own truck and these parts were not broken prior to the visits to Turnpike. Their suggestion to me was to not bring my truck there any longer if I don't like their work. I was never compensated for the damaged parts and had to pay $700 to purchase and replace the parts myself. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO TURNPIKE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE. More
