I made my deal with Mike Seidenbeg via text messages and I recommend it to everyone!! I first called the dealership and spoke to Mike and told him what I was interested in. I didn't have to stop my life to make a car deal with multiples calls on the phone. Plus, Mike came in on his day off to sign the papers. I was in and out within a half hour of signing the papers and driving away in my cute 2011 KIA Soul. He was able to get the exact 2011 Kia Soul I wanted after searching the area. I can't say enough about Mike Seidenberg and this dealership. After a horrible experience with a Cherry Hill KIA dealer, this was a pleasure. Plus, my son loves the Kia Soul because of the hamster commercials. More

Rebekah was GREAT she went above and beyond what was expected! It is so hard today to find someone like her who really wants to help! While others just go through the motions of everyday work. It was unfortunate that a final satisfying number was not reached due to my financial situation. While other dealers bragged on the vehicles available alone, Rebekah gave me information on the models, warranty, special offers, and also the quality. To be honest I wasn't very familiar with Kias so I wasn't too comfortable. But she made it comfortable and so easy to speak to. The friendliness at the dealership actually felt real and not an act. Having only purchased one brand new car in my life in 1997 (and being "fed" to the lions for the loan terms), I was a bit apprehensive of visiting another new car dealer to "negotiate" a price on the 201 1997 (and being "fed" to the lions for the loan terms), I was a bit apprehensive of visiting another new car dealer to "negotiate" a price on the 2011 Kia Soul we wanted for my wife. Well that fear soon slipped away when I met Mike Burgo (general manager) and John Sireci at Turnersville Kia. These gentlemen went way beyond out of their way to EXCEED my expectations and keep my wife and I very comfortable during this whole process. We basically had honed in on the model of Soul we wanted and determined what we wanted to pay per month, including extended bumper-to-bumper warranty and roadside assistance for 10 years. John, our salesman, knows his Kias and worked hard to get us EXACTLY what we wanted and for that monthly payment (with additional options available), from the initial test drive to the signing of the loan papers. He gave us a great deal on our trade-in and even included $500 customer rebate. And the speediness of service to add a custom sunroof to the Soul we selected was phenomenal! They even fed us lunch (pizza and ice cream for the kids) that one Sat. afternoon while we were signing the loan papers. And our first two oil changes are free! We also met Mark in Finance who worked with us to establish our payment plan for the length of our loan, he was most courteous and respectful during the whole process. I can express enough gratitude and appreciation for these men and dealership as a whole. It was worth traveling 30 minutes from our home to buy this car! In fact, I will call upon them again in a few years when it is time to replace my '99 Blazer with a Kia SUV. Kia cars are great! Looking forward to working with their service dept. in a couple of months for that first oil change and body paint touch-up (free of charge). More
