I had visited many dealers(in Pa where I live) none were as curtious and helpfull as Joe was. I was in an accident on Easter (my first ever) and my rental was running out. My daughter suggested to come to your facility I did on a Sunday.(of course you were closed) but I looked around and met another customer there. He said your staff were very helpful; reliable. He was coming back for his second car. So I came by during the week; Joe met me; my son;&;my exhusband at the door. I actually was looking for a Sportage, Joe sold me on the features of the Sorento.He was able to save me money with a great deal that was going on. I do not have good credit but; his staff helped me get a reasonable payment plan. Nowhere in Pa were they as helpful as he was.I now ride in a reliable car; from a friendly place .I will come back to get all repairs and a new car from your facility from now on.I have already referred you to friends & coworkers who are looking for a new car. More
My experience with Kia of Turnersville was second to none. Extremely friendly staff, no pressure deal, great selection and a fantastic deal on our new Sorento. Other Kia dealers in the area, specifically, Kia of Cherry Hill were rude and seemed non-interested in pleasing a customer and making a sale. From the moment we called Kia of Turnersville and spoke with Rebecca we were treated like friends. She recommended our salesman to us and Tony was awesome. Tony was patient and understanding while we decided on our purchase and worked with us in every way to make us feel comfortable. He is a true professional. We love our new car and will be with the Kia of Turnersville family for a long time!! More
The reason why I rated this Kia Dealer so well is because for my daughter first car we bought her a Kia, never having bought one before and we were flabbagasted by the quality and price of it. She loves her Kia Forte so much. and as I drove it around I realized that it drives smoothly so I went back and bought my Sorento. The people were so friendly, they took care of us in the dealership and also still continue to take care of us. I love Kia. More
I dealt with Mike Seidenberg over the phone for everything in the beginning as I live in PA and the dealership is about an hour away. Everything started okay aside from the slow service, we asked questions about the paperwork. No only did they not want to answer questions, they had to re-do it twice due to their errors. Exactly 3 days after purchasing the vehicle the dashboard warning light came on about my tires. I had them adjusted and 2 days later the same thing happened. I had to then drive back to Turnersville Kia after speaking to Mike and Keith in Service, who indicated that they would do the right thing and replace the tire. When I got there they decided they would just patch the tire. I disagreed and said they said they would replace the tire. (I traded in a car with perfectly good working tires, I should have gotten the same in return!) I had the car for 1 week at that point and shouldn’t have had to deal with a hole in the tire. The Manager said he would split the cost of a new tire. I again disagreed refusing to put out another penny. Mike then showed an entirely different side of him. He was very rude and unprofessional and raised his voice and said rude things about my husband (who was not even there to defend himself) - all of which took place in front of my 2 young children. Real professional Mike! He even continued his rant after I told him not to in front of my children. The whole situation in the service waiting room was completely inappropriate. It showed me how unimportant the customer is AFTER the deal is done. Mike even had the audacity to say that he wished the deal never went through because he didn't like that we had questions about our financing and were upset about issues following the purchase, which by the way they still managed to screw up by automatically debiting our bank account without authorization. Three weeks later and my rear brakes are squeaking. Again the service department wants me to drive the hour down to them to check it. (Not to mention to bridge tolls I have to pay each trip). I could go on and on with other issues we found with the van, but this deal has become a nightmare and I’ve wasted enough time with them already. I don't know why they boast about being the #1 dealership. I certainly don’t know how that’s possible with the way they treat their customers. Where’s the “full disclosure” they promised? I will DEFINITELY NOT recommend this dealership to anyone, will not deal with them again and will tell everyone I know about my bad experience. More
I have already recomended the Kia in Turnersville, Mike, & the Kia Forte to my friends & family!! I had a great experience with this dealership!! I was treated with kindness & respect from all who worked th & the Kia Forte to my friends & family!! I had a great experience with this dealership!! we brought a van from Kia in novemeber, we loved them so much a few weeks later we purchased a SUV, the customer service is second to none, the are very nice and never treat you like just a number. Last week while a 100 miles from Turnerville Kia my "used" van broke down. We had our van towed to KIA as they are the only ones i would trust to fix my van, they sprange into action. took my van back in minutes and looking to fix the problem, unfortuantly it was a HUGE problem. The main computer broke, I have a used Chrysler and KIA computers couldnt fix it, KIA had my vehicle towed to a Chrysler dealership, where it was fixed, KIA picked my van up so I only had to go a mile to pick it up!! Kevin in service is so helpful, my husband will only trust them with our vehicles. I love how when you go into the dealership it is like a family, out salesman mike saw me stopped what he was doing to say HI! The GM asked if everything was fixed to our liking, it was and then some! Like I said we brought 2 vehicles from them one used and one new, we will NEVER go anywhere else!! If you looking to buy give them a chance, trust me you wont be unhappy! they treat you like a person not a number!!! More
I had gone into another Kia dealer in Cherry Hill to buy a new Kia Soul and was greeted by a salesman who was very friendly and wanted to make a deal with me with the vehicle I saw in their parking lot. Af a new Kia Soul and was greeted by a salesman who was very friendly and wanted to make a deal with me with the vehicle I saw in their parking lot. After being there for so long, I had to leave and had planned on returning the next day. Then the manager comes over and the pressure begins. Buy it tonight and I'll give you a great deal. I told him I had to go and would be back the next day. He said the deal wouldn't be the same the next day. Well I left. I did go back in the next day and the manager wasn't as friendly as the night before. I told him I came back for the deal. He said no it only pertained to the night before. Then I found out the vehicle was sold. I asked them if they could get me the Soul from another dealer. They said no they don't do that. So I went home and called Burlington Kia and spoke to a salesman who said he'd check his lot to see if they had the vehicle I was after. He never called me back. Lastly I called Turnersville Kia and I was given a very nice salesperson named Rich. He said the same thing, he would check his lot and call me back. He called me within 10 minutes. I arranged to go to Turnersville on Monday. Rich and I discussed the vehicle and exactly what I wanted and he said he would get it from another dealer and I would have it within a few days. Well by Thursday, the vehicle was there waiting for me. I am so glad I did not give the Cherry Hill dealer any of my business after reading the reviews in Dealer rater. Everything I read was true. They are high pressure salespeople and don't really care about your needs just your money. My experience with Turnersville Kia and my salesman, Rich, was pleasant with no pressure. He got me the car I wanted within days just like he said he would. Everyone there was friendly and nice. Even the owner, Mike Burgo called me a week after the sale to 'welcome me to the Kia family' Pretty nice huh? I love my Kia Soul and happy I went there. More
John is GREAT! He got everything in order for me and I was in and out in 30 minutes with the perfect car for me. John did three quarters of the process over the phone with me, so all I had to do was walk in and sign. If you need to buy a car and don't have a lot of time in this fast paced society.....but need a car dealership that is RELIABLE......John at Turnersville Kia has you covered!!!!! More
In May 2011 I purchased a new Kia Sorrento that I love driving. Unfortunately, I can't say that my purchasing experience invokes the same feelings. Dominic (saleperson) gave excellent service. He was accomodating and knowledgeable despite being new to the dealership. My problems came when the finance dept. "forgot" to apply a rebate which caused me to have to return to complete new paperwork. I was offered the bi-wkly payment option and as of this date 7/14/11 the bi-wkly debit from my account continues to be incorrect. It still does not reflect the additional rebate that was given when I purchased the vehicle. I spoke with both the manager and "Dana" (of the finance dept.) and neither was able to correct this problem. I won't recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family. I'll continue to work on correcting this problem with the payment company on my own. More
My partner and I decided on a Friday evening that we would try once again to purchase the Kia Soul. Long story short- by 6pm on Saturday, we were driving home in our Certified Pre-owned Kia Soul. Our experience was just completely positive from the moment we arrived. We had wanted the Kia Soul ever since they rolled off the assembly line! Unfortunately, we ended up with the "higher rated" (boring) Toyota. Well then we started getting mail from dealers all over the area saying that the value of our Toyota had actually increased. First time we thought it was just a way to get customers in the door, but then we read an article in the NY Times about the situation with the Toyotas. After the tragedy with the earthquake/tsunami, Toyota cannot keep up production to meet the demand. Coupled with the fact that people simply aren't buying new cars like they used to, and we came to realize that it is actually a real trend, and that the value of our car would not continue to increase for very long until they dropped back. So, it was time for us to trade it in for what we really wanted in the first place- the KIA SOUL!! We were so lucky to find out that they only had 2 Pre-Owned on the lot. One was green (no thanks) and the other was silver. From the moment we saw it, we knew! I told our Sales Rep (Domenic) to start paperwork while we took her out for a spin. I had already test drove a brand new Kia Soul a few months ago at the Cherry Hill Kia- but decided to not buy there for several reasons. The main reason was just that I didn't like the typical "sales push" we experienced there. But everyone at Turnersville Kia was awesome. They went out of their way by staying late on a Saturday. Not so sure if that would have happened at another dealership. Who knows. But I do know that they close at 6, and we got there at 4:30. Test drove at around 5pm, and by 6 we had agreed on the deal and started signing papers. They could have told us that we would have to give them time to get the paperwork done, and get the bank approval. I even had to call the insurance company which took a while, and they were very patient. They were willing to wait and stay late on a Saturday just so we can drive home in our new car. I think Dom knew that's what we wanted! These Kia Souls are so hot, they can't keep enough on the lot! In fact, the one we got hadn't even been detailed yet, but it was clean enough for us to drive home!! So Dom just told us to do what WE wanted to do. So we said we wanted to drive it home! He got everything ready, and had us make an appointment to get it detailed later in the week. Very flexible. Very nice, and very professional. I am also in a sales-related job, so I know the importance of customer service. I was treated how I treat my clients, and it felt great! Thanks guys! We LOVE our Kia Soul- and we are so glad everything worked out the way that it did. Funny thing about our Kia when we got the CarFax report (which we were told Turnersville Kia doesn't even stock pre-owned vehicles that have accident history) but we noticed that our car was initially delivered in NJ and somehow ended up in West Virginia, and then here she is back home in Jersey where she belongs!!
