Highly Recommend! I have been to at least three other Kia dealerships prior to visiting Turnersville Kia and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. When we (my I have been to at least three other Kia dealerships prior to visiting Turnersville Kia and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. When we (my husband, my daughter and I) walked around the lot, I have to admit that I was a little scared by looking at the sticker prices of the used/pre-owned vehicles. However, Shye eased my thoughts and said not to worry that they were always willing to work with me... and they did. I, personally hate the process of buying a car because it is so long and drawn out; however, Shye and the rest of the crew there made it semi-painless by offering my daughter cookies, water and even turned on cartoons for her to watch. In addition, he got the payments of my new Sportage down to what I could afford. Just want to say thank you to Shye and the rest of the crew at Turnersville Kia, it was definitely a pleasant and painless experience and by far you beat any of the other Kia dealerships around!! Great experience getting first Kia I had done quite a bit of research into what certified used car I wanted to get (I don't think I'll ever buy another new car), and I narrowed it down I had done quite a bit of research into what certified used car I wanted to get (I don't think I'll ever buy another new car), and I narrowed it down to a few, including the 2014 Cadenza. Turnersville Kia had a great advertised price for a limited in pearl white with low miles. We worked with the salesman Josh Kohler, who was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle - I have owned quite a few cars and most sales people I have worked with in the past barely knew anything when I would ask them questions (that I kind of already knew the answers to), but I was truly impressed by the wealth of information he was able to provide. He and of the rest of the team we worked with at Turnersville Kia were very courteous even though we were the last people there that evening. It was definitely one of the easier car buying processes I have gone through. I know that any place you get a car is going to clean it up for you before you go, but the guys that detailed the car for us definitely went above and beyond any expectations, under the hood was cleaned up so well it looked brand new. Josh even followed up with me a couple of times to make sure I was adjusting to using all of the gadgets in the car. The only problem we had, which probably had nothing to do with the dealership but rather with Kia's certified used program, was that while the car's listing had the certified used badge on there, but that didn't mean that the advertised price included the car with the certified used warranty. Instead, it meant that the car had been inspected and was certified used READY, in which case you could pay extra to get the certified used warranty. Was it spelled out in the fine print at the bottom of the website as it was pointed out to us? Yes, but I, like most other people, don't read that stuff. Just something to keep in mind I guess when buying a certified (ready) vehicle. Overall though great experience, and I'd recommend them to friends and family More
