Tried to get an out the door price from this dealership. It was like trying to find lips on a chicken. Then I got a text it arrived, but I couldn't get a price because it wasn't stocked yet. Then I got a text from a manager asking me to schedule a test drive. I informed him of my initial inquiry, wanting an out the door price on a cash deal with no trade. He informed me that I can't get a price until I come in. I got a price from an out of state Kia dealer today, and negotiated the entire deal over the phone, yet somehow this place can't do that. Shop around. There are some places left that value your time, but you may have to drive a bit to close the deal. More

When I was ready to leave with the car, Ed got in and set up my phone and entered many other settings so that I wouldn't have to be bothered doing it. Making the decision to purchase a car is never easy and usually a bit scary, but Ed went out of his way to make me comfortable every step of the way!! Go to Ed-he won't let you down! More

I brought my car in today to have the radio/touch screen replaced because it had some scratches on the screen. Other than that it worked perfectly fine. When I brought it in several weeks ago for an estimat replaced because it had some scratches on the screen. Other than that it worked perfectly fine. When I brought it in several weeks ago for an estimate I was told that the whole thing would need to be replaced. They gave me an estimate of $1,025 parts and labor. They even went back to check how long it would take to give me that estimate. I arrived today now because the parts came in only to be told that estimate didn’t include labor and the cost was now $1,867.14. They told me it would take three and a half hours, but it only took an hour and a half. Of course they still charged me the same stating there was no difference in the price. When I asked for the old radio/touch screen back so I could sell it they told me there is a core charger on it and they have to send those back to Kia to be refurbished and resold. This was unacceptable to me. I bought this car which includes everything in it. Now I paid for a new touch screen and today I was told I could have just replaced the glass on the screen. I am so tired of this company telling me lie after lie. The last time I came here for an oil change on my previous Kia I was told I’d have to wait for someone from the sales department and they are with potential customers and they come first. I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership for anything. They tell you one thing them change it to fit their needs. They charged me another $800 and kept my property. When all I could have done in the first place was have the glass replaced for much cheaper. More
