I’m always very pleased with the service from this dealership ! The service representative was able to schedule me for an appointment the morning I called….even though it was a Monday morning and I’ dealership ! The day before , I received a warning message re: my power steering and was reluctant to drive my car without having it checked out. The technicians were able to determine that there was no problem as it was some type of “old message!” I did not have to wait a long time in the very nice waiting room. The service person explained the finding to me by taking me to a quiet area which I really appreciate! I also was so thankful that they did not charge me a diagnostic fee for this visit ( I had had several diagnostic tests in the previous months for unrelated problems) I was also provided with a complementary car wash. I am very appreciative of the service and kindness from the personnel at this dealership! More

Worst service I received in all my experiences with this dealer....the last time I will take my vehicle to get serviced at this location. Had to call multiple times to find out what was going on and coordin dealer....the last time I will take my vehicle to get serviced at this location. Had to call multiple times to find out what was going on and coordinator was less than sure what was going on with this vehicle....coordinator sounds more like a salesman. Worst personality to have talking to customers. Terrible service. More

Vehicle in for state inspection, oil change, tire rotation and check on tire pressures. Service went well, a few glitches but nothing major. After spending 4600 on a car leak that supposedly turned into 4 car links I didn’t Get that great customer service. Instead of offering me a complimentary Pickup , I got come pickup your vehicl turned into 4 car links I didn’t Get that great customer service. Instead of offering me a complimentary Pickup , I got come pickup your vehicle Between this time and that, I had to asked to be picked up and they didn’t even give me a pickup time . I had to call back for that . also said they added oil to the vehicle but didn’t change the oil reset to read 100% oil life and I had to call for that too. My chev cruise is hardly ever driven had 54,500 miles on it and I had it 10 years . My issue is how can a car leak in so many places and still be drivable . There answer was the car is old and they reminded me of that a few times . That’s great service for you . Will I return , rather go to mom and pop shops for my service . At lease they wouldn’t try to reach deep down in your pockets. In the car business they say the dust hasn’t cleared so it’s best to wait to buy that new or used car because right now the customer is gonna pay big time More
