When I used to visit independent mechanics, there was often a "process of elimination"...and I ended up paying for parts and labor that didn't fix the problem the first time. Although their base rate may be a bit more expensive than an independent mechanic, I have always been satisfied with the end result. More

From the initial phone call to the final pick up of my car, everything went smoothly. They lessened the anxiety that I had and made me feel comfortable. The group as a whole is very communicative, letting me know the diagnosis, when the car was ready, when my shuttle pick-up would be arriving, etc. Gay, the shuttle driver, is excellent!
