We both went to the vehicles of our interest: I wanted to drive the Traverse, my son a large truck. Though we opened and sat in these vehicles, looked at their counterparts, etc. and waited AT LEAST ONE HALF HOUR, NOT ONE PERSON from the dealership came out to us and offered their service, despite the fact that during our wait, two young men wearing the Sutliff "uniform"; khaki slacks and blue polos came near us and then crossed Paxton Street to the far lot, NOT ONE approached us. Clearly, they either don't need our business or just don't care. They blew it big time. If John Hickey himself offered to show me vehicles, I would decline and I certainly will warn friends and family to steer clear of this unprofessional car dealership. What an incredible disappointment. More
