Disappointed with service After purchasing/servicing new vehicles from Sutliff since 1982 I believe I need to change dealerships. Being told from a rude check in person it woul After purchasing/servicing new vehicles from Sutliff since 1982 I believe I need to change dealerships. Being told from a rude check in person it would cost over $2000 to look at the engine and clear a code that must be done by November inspection. I NEVER got a 2nd opinion until this happened. My gut told me to and boy am I glad I did. Obviously Sutliff no longer cares about long term customers or maybe it is the new ownership. I do not know. All I know is someone tried to charge me A LOT and another garage solved the problem for FAR FAR less than $2000. In fact it was less than $100!! After all these years, I really feel cheated and disappointed by Sutliff after this service appointment. More

The relationship didn't begin there it began a week earlier when instead of taking a purchase for over 300 dollars in parts they suggested I bring it in to be looked at first. Volt dead battery It was a nightmare dealing with GM roadside assistance. Very disorganized.
