I didn’t like the fact that they told me I needed a alignment on my vehicle when it only had 6000 miles and then after they put it on the rack, they said it didn’t need one. Getting mixed messages. I had an appointment for a recall on my 2021 Santa Fe for the back up camera. My appointment was at 9:15am. They were not done till almost 1pm that day and my recall was not even performed. They said they didn’t have the part and it had to be ordered. I waited 3 hours just for my recall to not even get fixed? Why would I make an appointment for that specific recall and the part not be ordered beforehand? None of this was communicated to me. I was told I also had a recall for my tow hitch which I had previously gotten checked out and I do not have a tow hitch. They still checked again and told me again that I don’t have the tow hitch. Which I already explained. I was not happy with my service and I still have to received a call about my camera part coming in. More
