Outlined the process very clearly and kept me up to date the entire time. Additionally, their profit share program is unbeatable - I managed to make an additional $600 from the sale of my vehicle. The way these guys do business is not only professional and courteous, but they have a game-changing and fair approach to selling a used car, without being ripped off. I highly recommend using them if you're looking to sell your vehicle at an honest price! More
Tru worth auto is a great small dealer for used cars My family has purchased cars from this small used car dealer before and overall we have always been pretty satisfied with the products and services fr My family has purchased cars from this small used car dealer before and overall we have always been pretty satisfied with the products and services from the staff. The last time I went I purchased a Ford Focus. They let me test drive it, told me the details and their personal opinion of the car and set me up with a good monthly payment plan. The staff was honest, friendly, and very helpful. More

We really liked that everything was virtually included in the list price and the process of getting an appraisal, the AutoTrader offer, then the TruWorth offer...all very transparent and upfront. We purchased a car with the terms we set and we hope to receive some compensation when they sell our vehicle. We don't buy cars often and this was a refreshing approach. More

Chris was helpful in making sure that my needs were met & Mr. Chip assured me that I'd be taken care of......I was very pleased with my service. Only thing that I wasn't so happy about was the fact that I pretty much had the total amount of the asking price, but understandably I suppose, they wouldn't come down. Overall so far I'm pleased More

They showed us on an independent web sites of similar cars for sale of the year and model we purchased. We could tell TruWorth was offering a fair price for the car. We thought we could have got more on our Volvo trade in, but the General Manager explained the sharing program were Tru Worth splits the profit they make on the trade in less any expenses. Since our Volvo was a rare model, the GM indicated there was a good chance it would sell. The GM indicated they would generally try to sell a car for at least 30 days before it was sent to auction. Within a week after the trade, the Volvo was for sale at Carmel Motorsports. It looks like that TruWorth did not even attempt to sell the Volvo and it went immediately to auction. So much for the Sharing Program. More
Better than ever expected! I decided to visit this dealership after reading online reviews and "attempt" to purchase a vehicle. I say attempt because I know I have less than stellar credit and what I wanted was....luxury. After telling Big Mike what I was interested and and finding out I was WAYYYYY upside down in my current vehicle loan, it seemed like all hope was lost. But to my amazement, the sells team remained courteous and spent a lot of time trying their best to get me into a vehicle that I would LOVE. Big Mike stated several times that he didn't want to get me into a car just because, he wanted me to be happy with my decision or else he wasn't doing his job. Chip worked with me on a down payment and I was able to drive off in an Infiniti M35 that I ADORE with a payment that I can AFFORD! I waited to post this review because I had to take the car back to be detailed and I wanted to make sure that the service was the same after the purchase. Well, I am beyond pleased to say that I have been treated AMAZING from start to finish. My car was detailed and they even turned the rotors for me. This by FAR has been my BEST car buying experience and I tell anyone who will listen how happy I am and I plan on referring many, many, many more people to TruWorth. They focus on your satisfaction and not just on a sell. They make you feel human even if you have credit or financial troubles and that is more than I could have ever asked for! More
great place to do buisness TruWorth Auto was a great place to buy my truck, their no haggle approach was a welcome surprise. The truck that i bought was reasonable priced and TruWorth Auto was a great place to buy my truck, their no haggle approach was a welcome surprise. The truck that i bought was reasonable priced and was meticulously cleaned and gone through. They gave my a fair offer on my trade in, and I received a check for over a $1,000 through their Shares Trade program. The people there were very nice and upbeat and seamed to enjoy their job. I would recommend TruWorth Auto to anyone, it is a good place to buy a vehicle. More

I visited the dealership for a test drive and was greeted with a very welcoming non-pressure Sales staff that was very helpful and courteous. I had prearranged financing and they were able to find me a better finance rate. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle or switch to their financing. It was simply offered and the decision was mine. I would recommend visiting this dealership before purchasing a vehicle. If they don't have it in stock I believe that they can locate what you want and still deliver a fair price. The usually painful experience of purchasing a vehicle is not present at this dealership. It was a painless, non-pressure experience that I would recommend to others. More
The staff here was excellent. There was no pressure and they were very helpful with all of our questions as we tried to narrow down what we wanted to purchase. The shares check is awesome too! We're walk they were very helpful with all of our questions as we tried to narrow down what we wanted to purchase. The shares check is awesome too! We're walking out with an extra $900 on top of the great deal we already had. Also! They gave us double for what others were going to pay us for our trade in. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honest staff who doesn't play the usual car games. More
After months of searching I found the car I wanted on line. The dealer, TruWorth Auto, is located in Indianapolis, about a 2 hour drive from my home in Cincinnati. They were asking $42,000 for the car. I line. The dealer, TruWorth Auto, is located in Indianapolis, about a 2 hour drive from my home in Cincinnati. They were asking $42,000 for the car. I sent an email that I would offer "$39,000 plus my trade-in". Shortly thereafter Jen called me, asked a few questions about the trade-in (for which I wanted $4,500 for) and accepted my offer. I validated the offer and emphasized that if I was going to drive two hours with my three year-old son in tow that this needed to be a sure thing and wanted no surprises. Nope, no surprises here, I was assured. I made the two hour drive and was greeted very warmly by Jen and the entire staff. As it turned out the car was their showroom centerpiece and everyone was very excited to see it sell. Everyone wanted to talk, play with my son and so on. It was all very friendly. If I remember correctly Jen only offered me $3,500 for my trade in but I knew I was getting a great deal on my dream sports car. So no problem. Then it came time to sign. When the sales manager (whose name escapes me now) presented me with the paperwork I was shocked to find that the price was still $42,000. I had offered $39,000 plus my trade in, $3,500, so my bottom line should have been in the neighborhood of $35,500 before tax. Jen claimed that she had misunderstood my offer. She says she thought it was for $39,000 with my trade in. Apparently she had trouble understanding plain English as my emailed offer stated "$39,000 plus my trade-in". I even had her open the email and read it for myself and the sales manager. So what are you going to do to make it right? Nothing. With the exception of an additional $300 (insulting) for my trade I was completely stone walled. Keep in mind, the tags have already been taken off my truck and the baby seat is already in my new car. I also noticed that everyone disappeared. All the managers that were so eager to discuss my new purchase and play peek-a-boo with my son have tucked tail and run. The salesfloor had become a ghost town. Long story short, I took the car; I took the car. It was exactly what I wanted and it was still a good deal. However, the way I was treated at that point is far from acceptable. I explained to the sales manager that I am a retail store manager and when my employees make a mistake I suck it up and make it right by the customer. He simply stated that's not how it's done here and then had the audacity to let me know they are only making $1,800 on the sale. As if I care what their profit is. In short, their employee made a $3,000 mistake and the company had no intention of making it right by the customer even after I validated the details with Jen over the phone before leaving the house, then packed up my 3 year old son, drove four hours round trip and wasted my whole day. The lack of integrity, empathy, sincerity and general customer service was appalling. I will never return to do business with this company nor recommend them to anyone. In fact, I will go out of my way to express my complete disgust for Jen Osborne, the entire staff at TruWorth Auto and their self-serving and underhanded business practices. I have plenty of family, friends and acquaintances in the Indianapolis market and I intend to see that they all hear about my experience. More
