I contemplated selling the vehicle myself via the multiple online sales resource websites. However, after reading some reviews of TruWorth Auto I decided to give them a try. Going in, I had a fairly good understanding of what my current vehicle was worth, as well as what type of maintenance items I was going to need to have performed. The "initial" auto-generated offer was somewhat lower than my hopes. However, after my vehicle was appraised on-site I was actually offered slightly more than what I had planned. This was a nice surprise. I was also made aware of the bonus check I could receive by entering my vehicle into the shares program. I was somewhat skeptical, but agreed. Long story short, after approximately 2-weeks, I received word the 2008 Acura sold and I was receiving a bonus check of a little over $400. Overall a very good experience. If I could provide one piece of feedback it would be to provide more detail on the amount of money you put into the vehicle to be sale ready. Certainly you had operating costs as well as service costs to get the vehicle ready, but without a summary of what was performed, you leave yourself open to negative feedback. Did you tack on $30 for an oil change or $150? How much did you really pay for the new tires, $120/tire or $220? Thank you and I would use your service again. More

No, I'm NOT some paid, reimbursed or getting-a-discount-on-a-vehicle, opinionated spokesperson; I'm a REAL customer that bought my awesome SUV from TruWorth on Oct 19th 2015. No pressure salesmen (thank GOD), no bull CRAP and no sideline, shady shista. This place is the real deal. I'd recommend any and all my friends to TruWorth for their next auto buy, because there, you won't be bought or taken for a ride. More

Approachable, family feel I first went to TruWorth in early September and met Tom Clark who openly shared their sales model and tools. While we didn't find the car for me then I first went to TruWorth in early September and met Tom Clark who openly shared their sales model and tools. While we didn't find the car for me then, the interaction kept them (and Tom) high on my list as I continued to look. In early October, I spotted another potential choice online and connected with Tom through their website. I arranged a meeting convenient for me, test-drove the car, and even took it home for the night; they knew I had another appointment at another dealer the next day. Before I went home that night, Ed, "Big Mike", Anthony and I covered everything so if my choice was TruWorth's car, the paperwork would be ready shortening the actual purchase process. All 4 (Tom, Ed, Mike, and Anthony) were approachable and open to how I wanted the transaction to work. The next day, I tested the other car, and decided TruWorth's was the better choice. After work, I signed the paperwork and picked up the freshly cleaned car; Mike helped me transfer my stuff from my car to the new car and I left in my new car. Thrilled with the deal, people and the personalities at TruWorth. Let me add, I turned in an extra key to the car I sold to them the next day and was greeted by Chip, who called me by name - I didn't work directly with Chip during the transaction, but he remembered me being there the night before. More

My initial visit was less than an hour from arrival to initial check in my hand. Within two weeks, I had an additional check after my car had sold. I got more for my car than I would have expected and significantly more than one of their competitors had offered. More

I spent half the morning completing the process in office and BTW was 9 months pregnant at the time. I test drove the truck but did not pick up that there was a radling sound from engine. I purchased truck and came back to pick it up later with my husband. On the way home, while driving he said that he heard a raldling sound coming from engine and was not comfortable with sound. Before we got home I contacted the sales person and let him know about the sound and he said that the vehicle was sold as is and that he could bring it back in if he wanted to have our mechanics take a look, but then said that the mechanic shop was closed and could not so I said OK, never mind I will have my mechanics that work in our shop look at the truck when we transport it to the office. FYI, the sales person which I liked until this moment when he did not seem concerned or cared about the situation when I called just less than an hour after purchasing and driving off the lot with vehicle. When I told him that I would just have my mechanics look at the truck was said OK, thank you...... with a sense of relief, like he was not really concerned at all. We had the truck sent to our construction office which is out of town and about 3 hours away one way. I had my mechanic look at it and he said that the transmission is bad. My mechanic said that the clutches in the transmission 1,2,3,4 have to be replaced and that there was mental in the pan. He also mentioned that the torque converter needed to be replaced as well. Need less to say I spent an additional $1500 so far within just weeks of purchasing a truck from them, which they said that there highly specialized mechanic inspects every car but less than a month ago I purchases this truck and transmissions went out and am sure that your highly specialized mechanic knew that the transmission on the truck we bought was getting ready to go out.. BEWARE! This is completely unacceptable from a business stand point, and we really wanted to buy more trucks from True Worth because we REALLY thought True Worth was really a different kind of auto dealership. My upper management team and I are highly disappointed and dissatisfied in this whole matter. Your company said how they strive on referrals and repeated business and THIS IS NOT GOOD FOR REPEATED BUSINESS. Especially because I was going to purchases two more truck from them. I even give them the benefit of the doubt to test integrity and emailed the sales person with the complaint just weeks after purchasing the vehicle right before I fixed the transmission while I was in the hospital and he did not even respond, but he emailed me about purchasing another truck! Wow! Updated Review 10/22/2015 Not long after posting this review. I was contacted by the sales manager about this situation and he was not aware of the incident that occurred and was willing to work with me on resolving this issue. I have since then met with sales manager and resolved this issue. Thank you for responding and making my concerns Tru Worth's priority to address. I feel like I could shop at Tru Worth Auto once again because of them taking actions on my concerns. More
