We originally went for a mustang that was twelve years old but he told us it would be hard to finance a n older car. He helped us find a car that we ended up loving. Robert and the financial advisor "Chip" talked with us about credit and answered all of our questions in ways we could understand. Its still a world we are only beginning to understand, but we they made sure we know what is expected of us in terms of the payments. The whole process was very personable and they are both very genuine about finding you a car that you want and can afford. Robert said trucar auto is based on salary pay rather than commission. He also said they report to credit agencies while some others may not. I mentioned this at work and people told me it wasn't true, but what I was told at trucar turned out to be exactly the case when I checked into it later on. We came and left 3 times to ask questions and test drive vehicles, before we bought the car. Try doing that at a dealership or carlot where the salespeople make commison. When I went to Andy Mohr the sales specialist was so desperate not to let us leave without some kind of commitment. Later when I read about what its like to work as a car salesman on commission I felt sorry for him. Sure he tried to sell me a 2000 mustang for 12 grand but that might have been his only chance to feed his kids that week. Its really a sad state of affairs. At trucar you don't have to deal with any or that. I couldn't be happier with the service. We also dodged a lot of fees you get at other places in the process. I am recommending them to all my friends. More

What an unexpected very good experience! First of all, I had done my homework via internet looking at the kind of car I was hoping to buy. My favorite was at TruWorth, so on this particular rainy Monday, I went in to see what I could learn. I knew I needed a car, having totaled my previous one. I was disappointed and surprised no one immediately greeted me at the door as I entered. As I began looking unsure, Mike asked me whether someone was helping me or not. When I told him 'no,' he sprang to my feet, heard my interest in a Camry on the lot, took me out there to look at. I came back in and told him I wouldn't be doing anything without consulting my wife and was set to leave and come back with her. At that time, I asked whether he knew Robert LaSalle. "Had he been helping me before?" "No, but he had responded to two earlier emails." So he introduced me to "Rob" and they immediately agreed to let me take the precious car and pick her up. I did; I came back; she had particular questions, some of them I thought even pointed; Robert responded each time and seemed to understand my wife's concerns. We both appreciated the quality time spent with each one, and are enjoying our "new" car. More

A 2nd check, a joke? I sold a real nice car to you. I was told that I might receive a second check if the car could be sold a better price in 45 days.
