VERY disapointed Hello, I made an appointment by phone to have new fog lights installed. also said my car had a recall for brake lights switch. I also ask them to look over and inspect my (new used 2015 Forester) also install new snap-on wind deflectors and replace a burned out brake light bulb. I informed them I would be driving 2 hours for this service and could they make sure the had everything needed.I was told they had everything and it would be there the next day from the warehouse . Well a week later I came in for my appointment. they said they had everything it will be 2 to 3 hours. We (my wife and I) went to the waiting room. 2 3/4hours later the call and said the car was ready but they did not install the fog lights. Y-not we don't have them.Y-NOT! Also went out to look at the car and check the deflectors, well they in stall the wrong ones, also got home and checked the rear brake light they did not change it. SO I', NOT HAPPY WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. this is not my first Subaru. But this is the Worst dealership I have dealt with. Not dependable Richard More

Everyone I dealt with, from GM Mike Barlow to Judson Attaway and Alexander Tharpe in Financ Recently purchased a Subaru Ascent from Troncalli Subaru. Everyone I dealt with, from GM Mike Barlow to Judson Attaway and Alexander Tharpe in Finance, as well my Sales Associate James Kesler, made the whole experience a smooth and pleasant one. Due to my work schedule, most of the deal was handled by phone, and they were very accommodating in arranging the delivery. I consulted with several dealers before making my decision. Of everyone I worked with, James was the best at remembering my requirements and taking care to address them. With other dealers, I felt like I had to re-state everything each time we spoke - very frustrating. Thanks to the whole team at Troncalli Subaru for a great buying experience! More

The Hated Salesman of the Past, Can’t Rate the Dealership I sent an internet request for a vehicle and from the second I heard from him he refused to give me any solid figures without going to the dealership. I sent an internet request for a vehicle and from the second I heard from him he refused to give me any solid figures without going to the dealership. All his quotes were around a certain figure. I wanted a line item break down of how he came to his approximate number and I was once again told I would get that if I went to the dealership. After telling him I would come in once I agreed to a price I made an offer. He asked me if it was for the cheaper variant of the vehicle and I said no. I never heard from him again. I don’t mind not hearing from him I just throught car prices were negotiable. These tactics are from the past and I’m sure trying to force a person to go to the dealership still works, but this just tells me his tactics are those of an outdated high pressure salesman. I’m too old to deal with that level of childishness now. He should probably work the sales floor because the whole point of using the internet is so that I don’t have to drive to the dealership until I think the deal is done. I can’t rate the dealership itself, I never got passed the internet salesman. More
