My complaints / concerns is that I was not fully listened to on my first visit (10/1). On my first visit I was not made aware that I could use my service dollars (that I was not even aware that I had) until the cashier mentioned it. I did not want to wait to have the invoice redone as I had already been there for 5 hours. On the second visit I was very disappointed that you limited me to $100. I have been a loyal customer of yours for approximately 10 years. More
