My husband and I had a great experience at Tri-State Nissan. Tom helped us a great deal. Also David (Sales Manager) was a great help. We would recommed them both to friends and family. Jeremy Ross was a great help in my search for a car. I was in search of a used car for almost 6 months, and was in no hurry. This was no easy task for him to accomplish, as I've never purchased a new car and never wanted to. Even when I had time constraints for the purchase, he made everything happen in short order. Had an awesome experience buying a new car. Everyone is incredibly friendly and customer oriented. Great experience except for the wait to close the transaction. It would have been helpful if during the wait customers were given information to review that would be offered during the signing proce transaction.
