I didnt actually go there to buy a vehicle. I took my car in for an oil change & on the way out i seen this awesome lifted nissan titan. I went home & mentioned it to my husband so we decided to drive there in for an oil change & on the way out i seen this awesome lifted nissan titan. We went in to find Jeremy Ross since he had sold us our Nissan Altima in 2009 & was the best salesman we had ever dealt with. Which is saying alot because i'm not very good at keeping vehicles for to long so i have dealt with alot of salesman!! He always explains everything in detail so you know what there offering you for your trade-in, if you agree with the price, what interest rate you were given & what your payments will be. If you dont like the price he will work hard to get you a better deal. He did this for us & we ended up buying the titan that we originally had no plans of purchasing. I truly believe if it had not been for Jeremy being our salesperson we probably wouldn't have bought it. He worked really hard to get us a great deal that convinced us to purchase it. DJ was wonderful in working with us over the phone for initial inquiry and then arrangements to come into the dealership. Daniel was very kind and knowledgable. The Sales Manager was also very kind and knowledgable. They made me feel comfortable while waiting for approval from finance, while throwing in some jokes here and there to take the edge off waiting for approval! Overall great experience! More

This is the 5th car I have purchased from Tri-State I also have had them service my vehicles for the lat 5 years - obviously I'm very pleased with both Sales and Service.
