My husband and I wanted to look at three different vehicles before making a decision. We had done our homework of the vehicles, knew we probably wanted to buy from Tri-State because we've purchased p vehicles before making a decision. We had done our homework of the vehicles, knew we probably wanted to buy from Tri-State because we've purchased previous vehicles from them, but we didn't have a salesperson in mind. James Watkins approached us shortly after we began looking at vehicles on the lot. He worked with us until we made a decision--he was patient and provided pertinent information and answers to all of our questions, but didn't try a "hard sell" which both of us dislike. When we decided on the vehicle, he got us what we believe is a great price. James has a great demeanor--he is friendly, courteous, and professional. He and all of the employees with whom we had interactions made the buying experience a painless one (except for the payments, that is). I'd highly recommend Tri-State and James when you're looking to buy a new (or previously owned) vehicle. More
Repairs were completed timely, but most important, a loaner car was available and waiting for me when I arrived. I have always hated the new car buying experience of haggeling over price, trade-ins and financing but there was a greatly reduced amount of this at this dealership. Best buying experience I've ever had. Brian Linaweaver hung out with me while I waited and even showed me how to use the fourwheel drive on my new truck since I am a first time truck owner. The only issue is I waited a long time to close the deal due to understaffing but that was not that big a deal. Thanks Charles More
