I had car shopped at many, many dealerships. I had been jerked around and so many dealerships were so very hard to work with. Tri State Nissan was amazing though. He was friendly and he worked to get me the best deal possible. The finance guy (whos name I sadly dont recall right now) was an absolute treat to work with, as generally at every other dealership the finance guys were the worst to deal with. He gave me the best deal possible and was very easy to negotiate with. Overall I am so very happy I went to this dealership and when I go to buy another car, I'm going there first. I had never even considered Nissan before, and now they may just have a customer for life. More

All the other dealerships(Toyota in four different cities)immediately said no but then would call or email the next day trying to negotiate a new price. At Tri-State we were able to achieve a fair deal the same day. Actually, they took my first offer. My salesperson was DJ Lilly (the big guy). He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, patient and very witty. He made me feel like he didn't have anything else to do that day but spend it with me. Jeremy Ross was very forthright when going over all the extra options that I could purchase for my Rogue. I did not feel pressured at all. I will definitely buy from this dealership again just because of these two men. More
Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. I went in specifically to test drive a Juke, but there was not one on the lot. They took my name and number and offered to call me as soon as one arrived. A few days later I test drove one, but it wasn't the model I was looking for. There was an SL on the lot but it was already sold. However, Russell was able to let me sit in it and he went through all the features of the SL with me in detail. He spent about 2 hours of his day showing me everything even though he knew that I was not going to be able to purchase right away. I was extremely pleased that he took the time to do that for me. About a month later, I came back to the dealership to order a Juke. The process was easy and luckily one came in the next day. Russell called me to let me know, even though it wasn't the color I had wanted originally. I ended up liking this one and went on to purchase the same day. They were able to work with me on my tricky payment plan and a friendly haggle took place over my trade in. They reviewed everything in detail and the car was immaculate when all was said and done. All in all I was very pleased with how friendly the service was and the willingness of the sales mgr to work with me. It was a pleasant experience and I would do it again. More

As we test drove the vechile, he explained all features of the vehicle. After the test drive we went to his office and he ask us what we were looking for as far as payments. After explaining what we wanted he started working with the numbers. We did not like the numbers he came up with so he ask if we wanted to pay the taxes, title, license, or a trade-in. After discussing and working with numbers he took all infomation to his finance officer again. After the second time we told him if he could reached the numbers we requested we would take the vehicle right now. He returned to his finance officer and came back afew minutes later and said, "I will have the car taken to service center for prep." Mr. Moorhouse was very professional and polite during our complete visit and worked very hard to satisfy our needs. More
I found a 2008 Nissan Frontier through autotrader.com and contacted the dealer as soon as possible. Because I lived an hour away, I asked about a trade-in, sight unseen. They gave me a round number just to get me in the door. It was a very fair number and I don't feel like I was taken through any loops, hassled, haggled, or disrespected at all. Brian was very curteous over the phone and through email. When I finally got the chance to meet up and test drive the vehicle and get my trade inspected, everything was very smooth and comfortable. The vehicle had a few grass clippings from a recent mow and the truck bed had some cobwebs just from the previous owners use. Brian would not let me leave with a dirty truck. He sent it over to get it cleaned up and even helped me out with getting some utilitrack tie downs. The other managers that I worked with were very helpful and got me in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend going to buy a vehicle from this dealership. More

I went out to Tri State Nissan and bought a 2012 Sent when a friend told me I should talk to Rusty Moorehouse at the Nissan dealer in Winchester, Va. I went out to Tri State Nissan and bought a 2012 Sentra, got a better price then the 2011 I almost purchased in Chantilly, got a better interest rate, and 12 months less. I have to say I like the way they sell at Tri State, Rusty Mooorhouse was very professional and really worked hard for me to get the deal I wanted. Jeremy Ross the Business Manager was great to deal with also...no pressure, he was very thorough about my financing and what the dealership had to offer, so I could make the best decisions! I drove off feeling like I finally got a great deal from a dealership. I would buy from them again and recommend Rusty and the dealership to all my friends. More
