Steve Palmer is an excellent salesman. He was understanding, he listened and a great person to talk to. I was having problems with my current car and was thinking about getting a brand new car. On my way home from work one morning I heard an ad for Tri State Nissan. I called the number on the site and was directed to DJ Lilly. From the first conversation we had on the phone to the moment we met in person he was very professional and also very nice. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted at the door and was taken straight to DJ's office where I was introduced to Mr. Lilly. We began to talk about what I was interested in and what price range I was thinking of. He got some of my personal info and got to work. He found the car that first came to mind and went out to the lot and brought it out for me to see. It was exactly what I had in mind, and the price could not have been beat. He showed me all the bells and whistles, and I was sold. We then went to the financial department and discussed payment options and package deals. The car I wanted was now mine! The staff from sales all the way through to finance is friendly and knowledgeable. On the service side, the advisors don't try to over-sell you with unnecessary work. The Express service for routine oil changes is about as efficient as I've ever seen a dealership service program and the tire replacement program for dealer-bought vehicles is great as well. We've bought a number of cars over the years and I have to say Tri State may be the best of all of them. It's rare to find a dealership that is this good. We'll keep returning as long as this continues to be the case. More
