Tri State Nissan responded

Tri-State Nissan was not informed by this customer of any issues prior to this review being posted. Since this review was posted, Tri-State Nissan has reached out to this customer several times in order to attempt to resolve his issues. His salesperson corrected the error regarding the full tank of gas owed with purchase, his salesperson was new to the business and this slipped his mind. We could not verify concern with the sound of the engine for the customer. We did not ignore his price offer, it simply was not within the realm of possibility on this low of a mark up vehicle. As anyone can see, customer satisfaction is very important to Tri-State Nissan. We are more than willing to address any concerns and attempt to correct issues if they exist when they are brought to our attention. Thank you.
