I found out I could almost get a new car for what I was about to pay for a used car, though missing a few "bells and whistles" for my budget! They best thing was Troy Jackson searched local inventory and was able to find me exactly what I wanted with less mileage and less cost---saved almost $4K than the same thing I almost bought elsewhere!!!! Plus I get new tires for life with mounting and balancing! Woot Woot! Flawless transaction from start to finish. Outstanding customer service by everyone we met. The facility is clean and welcoming. Looking forward to my future with Tri-state. More

We settled on the car late in the day when most banks were closed, so we were left with a high interest rate. The next business morning, Kathy shopped our loan and found one that was more beneficial to this family of five with an additional savings of $30 per month. We are a middle income family where we have to live on a budget and Kathy's thoughtfulness and consideration meant more than words can express. Rusty, did a great job and got me into a car well before I was expecting to purchase one. The car leaked differential fluid on my brand new garage.
