My first impression of the TRI State show room was positive. The space to work with the sales staff was private and comfortable. The use of Nissan web site visuals to view different automobile colors and explore the vehicle was impressive. In contrast. I had I found other dealerships loud, the information about car models/colors was not available, discussions about financing was unclear, sales staff was distracted by surrounding show room traffic and few cars were available to compare. When I first came to Nissan, DJ Lilly took me to see the vehicles he thought would me my needs. He clearly presented finance terms and quickly presented a trade in price for my car. Mr Lilly was professional and the deal we made was never altered from my initial walk-in to the dealership to the time I drove my new car off the lot. I recently purchased a Pathfinder from Tri State because i was always treated as a valued customer by My Lilly and the entire Tri State staff.
