Noticed on my contract that they had billed in 700$ GAP coverage with the vehicle. I didn't feel I needed the GAP for my used 5,000 dollar car but was reassured that if I changed my mind, I could call and cancel it the "next day" and it would be refunded right back to the loan. Sounds easy enough, right? So I call back two days later trying to get in touch with the financial department. I was repeatedly put on hold then told the finance guy wasn't in today. Okay - so I call back again, oh he is busy. Call back again, not in office. Call back from a different number and not mention who I am - Ohh look he magically is at his extension now. Gives me the run around with some "uhh well we can't cancel it until you get your contract info in the mail for the contract number." Yeah okay bud. Two phone calls later I have my contract number from the bank - call back, oh he isnt in again. Left the info with the receptionist. More days ago by, no call back. This time I call and ask for the general manager. He says things will be taken care of. Faxes me over the cancellation form - things are going to work out finally I think. WRONG. Wait a month, call the company in charge of the GAP directly - who knew, the form never showed up. Wait another week - still no form. Call them again, not only did the form never show up but it has the wrong policy number written in. So with their help I fax the copy I have directly to them and they assure me they will notify the dealer to refund me the GAP cost. God forbid I didn't keep my copy of the form with their signature and cancellation dates as you only have 30 days to cancel. This level of incompetence can't possibly be anything other than intentional/malicious run around in hopes to get me to "Forget" about a measly 700$. I honestly can't imagine what they are doing to people actually buying new cars that cost more than 5k. I'll continue to follow up on my refund and in the meantime continue to share this story to anyone who will listen. Didn't think such a large car dealership would be just as difficult to deal with as some shady used car lot in the middle of the ghetto. Take your business elsewhere. More

I inquired and was immediately contacted by Ross Hamilton and he have me his personal cell number and sent me all the information and pictures I could ask for. I live in Columbus and wanted all the info I could have before driving 3 hours to take a look. I had to miss my appointment due to work and they were very friendly and rescheduled and I placed a 750 dollar hold on the vehicle. 2 days later I made the trip and was greeted at the dealership by a very friendly salesman named Jamaal. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. Nate from financing was also extremely helpful. I had pre approved financing and he was sure he could beat my interest rate and he did. I ultimately ended up not buying the vehicle due to not able to reach the price I was comfortable paying which sucked because I wasted a lot of my time (and their time). They refunded my deposit with no hassle. Great dealership, great attitude, and most importantly not pushy but negotiating is out of the question. I would however deal with them again if they happen to have the vehicle I'm looking for at the exact price I want to pay on the sticker. The customer service is incredible. More

I traded a car with title After 2 years of struggle I was to a point where I could shop for a better vehicle. I found what I wanted at this dealer. I traded a car with title in hand. Within days the transmission started having issues. I took the car to the dealer and their service manager test drove the car. He said no issues with the shifting. Two days later I had to return for some touch up work. I once again complained of transmission and an appointment was set at my local dealer. Upon inspection it was determined a new transmission was needed. I was very angry. I was put into a rental. My one owner, low miles, clean car fax now needed a major repair. I was recorded by the warranty company and I am positive that I was recorded by the dealership due to the terminology used during the conversation. A week passed. I was not keeping that car. I spoke to the General manager and set up an appointment with her to discuss the options. In the meantime I had been looking for a car at all of their dealerships for a car in the same price with comparable equipment and gas mileage. I found a couple but none were at this particular location. Upon arrival I was not taken to the meeting as expected. Instead I was almost forced behind the wheel of a car that was in the same price but far off from any acceptable purchase on my part. When I inquired about the vehicles on the other lots I was told they could not take a car from another lot. Upon rejection I was shown two cars. The only viable option was a car that was totally out of my price range. I reluctantly agreed and signed the paperwork. Thats the only time I spoke to the General manager, after the paperwork was signed. Now it is a nice car BUT I have spoken to another one of their dealerships and I was told that I got taken! From having 2200$ down to now being upside down by over 5000$. And icing on the cake, the radio is going out and auxiliary jack isn't working properly. I called for a repair, that 1600$ warranty isn't bumper to bumper. It's powertrain only. If you value your money, shop elsewhere. More

Internet Manager, Mr. Johnson, went to great lengths to provide customer with a GM certified car, low mileage, and revising price so that car payment was palatable to customer's budget. provide customer with a GM certified car, low mileage, and revising price so that car payment was palatable to customer's budget. I just purchased a brand new 2012 traverse. I have heard of some complaints about this dealership but so far my experience has been great! Ken was patient and not pushy at all. I have been contemplating t of some complaints about this dealership but so far my experience has been great! Ken was patient and not pushy at all. I have been contemplating the purchase of a vehicle since March of 2012. I have encountered pushy salespeople before and walked away, I am definitely not an impulse buyer. I had my heart set on an Acadia or Explorer but could not pass up the deal on the traverse. Day was willing to negotiate on the value of my 8 year old trade in and very accomodating. More
My husband requested a quote online, and Jamaal contacted him right away. He stayed in contact with my husband, until we were ready to go look at the Chevy Sonic Hatchback's. Great car, by the way! Jamaal him right away. He stayed in contact with my husband, until we were ready to go look at the Chevy Sonic Hatchback's. Great car, by the way! Jamaal was so great to work with! He has a great sense of humor, and made us laugh through the entire process. This was a big deal to me, because I had a lot of anxiety, as this was my first new car. He made me feel calm and excited about my purchase. When I arrived at the dealership, I had it set in my mind, that I wanted the Orange Sonic Hatchback, with a turbo engine. They didn't have an automatic in this color, so He offered to have it brought to the dealership from Day Chevrolet. Then he showed me a black TLZ, and it was beautiful! It has a sunroof, fog lights, heated leather seats, power everything.. No turbo engine, but this car has plenty of zip to it! I plan on having this car for a while, and I thank Jamaal for helping me decide on the black. I would have gotten tired of the orange. Aside from the purchase, everyone we dealt with was happy and good natured. They all had a great sense of humor, and made us feel at ease. I've already recommended them to several people. More
As far as purchasing the vehicle we had no problems. We've dealt with Marloew before and he is great, very friendly. He did a great job. But here's where it goes down hill. We were promised that the de We've dealt with Marloew before and he is great, very friendly. He did a great job. But here's where it goes down hill. We were promised that the dents on our used Yukon would be fixed so they called to make an appointment. We set that up and then got a call back from Frank (I believe he is the sales manager) who was very rude to my husband. He did NOT want to give us a rental while ours was being fixed and told us that he needed to see our car before they fixed it AFTER we had already set up the appointment to get it fixed. I had told him at first that we didn't need a rental but immediately called my husband and told him to call back telling them we did need one. I have 2 small children at home and need a car in case of emergency. So we ended up getting a rental. My husband went to pick up our yukon 2 days later and they only fixed some of the dents, not all, so he refused to bring it home. Frank called him and again was very very rude. He tried lying to my husband and he told him that if the dents couldn't be pulled out it wasn't getting fixed. He called again today and told my husband they couldn't be pulled and that nothing else was going to be done. I have yet to see what they did fix but my husband said that the body shop did an EXCELLENT job on the dents that were pulled and painted but we were told that the dents on the other side would also be fixed. They were NOT fixed and according to Frank will NOT be fixed. We are very disappointed in the sales managers attitude. It's ruined our whole experience and will probably not return to Centennial. We went to the lot, with the lowest of expectations after bad experience at another dealer. We left pleasantly surprised in a new car. They were able to get us in a new vehicle under our expected payment. bad experience at another dealer. We left pleasantly surprised in a new car.
