A complete waste of time. After being preapprovedfor credit and numerous Emails, we scheduled an appointment to look at a 2008 a Chrysler Town and Country van. We were greeted After being preapprovedfor credit and numerous Emails, we scheduled an appointment to look at a 2008 a Chrysler Town and Country van. We were greeted promptly and introduced to a sales person. We were taken to the used car lot, and given the keys for the van. I opened the rear hatch, and the first think I saw was the spare tire thrown in the back. The seats were stained, huge dent in the tailgate, just overall poor condition, this was a comelet turnoff. My wife noticed a Hyundai Santa Fe. It was a fairly decent vehicle, and there was interest in this vehicle. After a short test drive, the sales rep took the time to appraise my trade I asked numerous tines what the asking price was on the Santa Fe, and the rep was very reluctant to tell me. After what seemed like an enternity, the rep came back and said the bank sets the price on the vehicle, and it was going to cost 14k. This vehicle booked for around 7k. At this time I told my wife enough is enough and we left. Beware of the tactics that the approved credit reference is. They get you into the dealership, and try to sell you a vehicle way over the book price. Needless to say, I Emailed everyone and everyone I could to advise them of my displeasure I did receive a call from the Internet Manager who said he was sorry about this, and that he would do what he could do. I guess bad things happen for a reason. We purchased a2008 Chrysler Town and Country van in much nicer condition, fully loaded, and best of all, I received 2500.00 more on tthatCentenial Centenial Chevy offered me, and the vehicle we purchased was the same price. And the spare tire was in the correct spot, not tossed in the bavk. More

Everyone I came into contact with, Rege White, Kenny Holt, Jamaal Johnson, Steve Chahl, and Eric Bartock, where all exceptionally quick to assist me. I really want to give them all a big shout out, but especially Rege White and Steve Chahl, for making it happen for me to be the happiest person in Fayette County with the purchace of my 2011 Ford Escape. Thanks to you all. Rose Jordan More
