Toyota engineers cars superbly but when it comes to digital stuff they must use the same anal engineers who do such a great job on the rest of the car to design the digital stuff. they take what google, garmin, and apple present with amazing intuitiveness and turn it into a terribly frustrating experience. This is not our first time experience with this but over the years you would think that they would have taken some tips from the guys who do it well. Any how, it was obvious that Glenn is sensitive to this as he went overboard in helping us get to the point that we can do a few things with this tangled system and he promises to do more. BUT, having blasted Toyota's digital prowess, let me say that there is no other car like a Prius or any other Toyota hybrid. This is our fourth ! We have a hybrid Highlander with 205,000 miles and it still runs like the day it came off the lot. (too bad they messed with the Highlander and turned it into an oversized, very expensive vehicle.) Fred demonstrated all of those characteristics and above all patience and a complete lack of pressure. My wife and I started out to merely investigate Toyotas. We were undecided as to which vehicle we wanted. We weren't even certain that we wanted a Toyota. After driving a couple of vehicles, speaking with and listening to Fred and considering the fair offer made for the Toyota, as well as our trade, we drove home in our new silver Camry SE. Early that evening, Fred called and came by our home where he continued his display of professionalism and patience, by spending as much of his own time as needed, to provide us with additional education on the intricacies of all of the electronic equipment in the Camry. THAT was a remarkable display of service after the sale. When I next need another vehicle, I will certainly visit Fred Whitehawk at Tri County Toyota. In addition to Fred, we would like to mention that John Gerber, Tri County's Finance Manager was also a pleasure to do business with. In addition to being professional and friendly, John was more than efficient and through with finalizing our purchase. More

Steve Perez wrapped up all the paperwork and did a great job explaining all the features of the Highlander. He went out of his to make sure my wife and I were satisfied and comfortable with our new car. It did take longer than expected for all the paperwork to be finalized, but I am willing to overlook that inconvenience for all the other positives. More

He listened to my questions and made sure everything was perfect. The best part was allowed me to move at my pace. I will definitely return to Greg when buying my next vehicle. More

Painless transaction Buying a new car can be a painful experience but not this time. I knew exactly what I wanted and Fred knew exactly where to find it. The little hiccups were just hiccups and involved only add on parts and paperwork. The entire transaction was handled on line except final signing which was done without my having to drive to the dealership and then to top it off the care was delivered to my house. As I say painless. But if you are not exactly sure what you want Fred is very knowledgeable and will work with you to get you the car you want at a price you can afford to pay. I highly recommend Fred and the dealership. More
