Unacceptable service DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR HERE! This dealership has been after my car for months. I finally decided it was time to look for a new car so I went to this de DO NOT SELL YOUR CAR HERE! This dealership has been after my car for months. I finally decided it was time to look for a new car so I went to this dealership first to get my car appraised and check out some of their inventory. They came back with the amount of $2,000 for my old car. I decided not to buy with them but still wanted to sell my car, so I called in to make sure that I would still receive $2,000 for my old car. I was told that I just needed to bring in the sheet that had the $2000 amount and they would still purchase my car. I even kept my car in the lot over the weekend because they assured me that the dealership would buy it on Monday. So Monday morning rolls around and I head in at opening. First of all, I waited for 35 minutes before I myself got up and asked what was taking so long because I had made an appointment for opening. I was told it would be a couple more minutes and ten minutes later one of the managers comes out with a rather condescending tone, telling me that the deal was contingent on me buying a car from them, and that the car isn't even worth the amount they quoted me. I assured him that I was told that I would be able to sell the car for the $2000 and that is why I left it in the lot over the weekend. He says he will see what is going on and then leaves me for another 15-20 minutes. Eventually another sales rep comes out and tells me again that they were only going to sell it if I bought a car with them. At this point I am so angry for the amount of my time and energy that they have wasted jerking me around, that I pick up my things and walk out the door. I am so incredibly disgusted with the service and treatment that I received with this attempt to sell my car. I can't believe that after months of badgering me with attempts to try to buy it they decide they don't want it anymore and are not following through with what they said they would give me for it. And let me reiterate that I called to clarify this before going in on Monday to make sure I would be all set to go when I walked in. Absolutely terrible customer service. I used to service my car here but I will never being going back to this Toyota dealership. More

After having visited and having spent significant frustrating time at another dealer, I wanted to know what I could buy at Tri-County Toyota. Went to the dealer with the number (and payment for it in hand), and I was shown a vehicle that had all the options/accessories I needed. The next morning, I signed the papers and drove home in a brand new Camry. Greg and Big Kyle were upfront and honest about everything. There’s teamwork at this dealer, and no qualms between anyone. They appreciated my attitude as a shopper, and I appreciated their respect as a dealer. Looking forward to utilizing some of the programs they offer at Tri-County. Thanks so much! More

Jim was pleasant & friendly and we liked working with him. The whole experience was pretty painless, and we are enjoying driving our new car this past week. Good experience with this dealer I was shopping for a used mid-size SUV but wasn't sure which brand to buy. I was considering the Toyota Highlander, Honda Pilot, Kia Sorrento, and Nis I was shopping for a used mid-size SUV but wasn't sure which brand to buy. I was considering the Toyota Highlander, Honda Pilot, Kia Sorrento, and Nissan Pathfinder. I visited Tri County Toyota and they had a good selection of used Highlanders. Our salesperson, Paul Johnson, was very helpful. He seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the right car. He didn't apply any sales pressure; he just tried to understand what I was looking for. We test-drive two used Highlanders and a Honda Pilot. I thanked Paul and told him I wanted to see what other dealers had to offer. I visited several other dealers over the next two days, and drove several other cars. In the end, I came back to Paul and bought the used Pilot. I came back because, in my opinion, Tri County Toyota's used vehicles were higher quality and better prepped than other dealers. I also felt Tri County had more integrity than most other dealers I visited. More
