My first experience was with Joe in sales, along with Andy and Roger. Wonderful and thoughtful people who care more about the customers happiness than making a sale. My next interaction was with Sue in service. Sue continues to show how consistent this dealership is in their caring of the customer, and striving to make the overall service experience a positive one. I can't say enough about Sue and how great she's been to me when service is needed. I've always dreaded the process of purchasing a new car, and taking my car back to the dealer for service, based upon the very poor experiences I've had with "other dealerships" in the NH Seacoast. Clearly Tri-City, and the Subaru brand is exemplary and like no other dealer that I have ever come across in all my car buying years. I love my new Subaru, and will most likely buy all future cars through these amazing people. Thank you to Sue, Joe, Roger and Andy! Well we have just bought our second Subaru - a new Outback for my wife and to say she is delighted is to hardly describe her joy. This is the first time I have ever bought the same brand of car right Outback for my wife and to say she is delighted is to hardly describe her joy. This is the first time I have ever bought the same brand of car right after the first based on my experience with our first Subaru - a Baja turbo which I purchased used. One of the most important reasons we decided to buy another Subaru besides our satisfaction with the quality of engineering, comfort, performance and effortless ease with which they cope with New England winters, was the dealership itself. This was probably the easiest, most relaxed, least pressured sales enviroment I have experienced to date with friendly, patient and informative staff but even more important than this was the quality of the service department. After-sales is often the sour taste of any new car experience but Tri-City Subaru quite simply should be richly proud of there performance in this area. Special mention for Sue and Joey here who always make me feel as though they are taking good care of me personally not just my car. Even after a major problem that left me stranded by the side of the road some 60+ miles from home a couple of years ago and a rather fraught, emotional phone call these guys had a tow truck with me within the hour (very impressive) and took care of the problem with the minimum of fuss and with impressive attention to detail and quality of workmanship. My Baja has had a lot of work to do over the past couple of years and has always impressed me with it's dependability and driving enjoyment so I can easily recommend Subaru's but how awesome and rare it is to be able to recommend such a highly impressive service department ! I guess we'll be bothering them for many years to come! More
Our vehicle recently needed some regular maintenance and auto body work, and my wife and I were going away for a week. On short notice, and with good humor, Sue went out of her way to arrange to have t auto body work, and my wife and I were going away for a week. On short notice, and with good humor, Sue went out of her way to arrange to have the maintenance work performed by Subaru, and to have the auto body work performed by a local auto body shop, while we were away. We simply picked up the car on the way home from our trip, and we did not have to go without a car for even a day. We are grateful for Sue's diligence, and for the great work performed by Subaru. The service department is always incredibly responsive, honest about the car's needs, great about offering loaner cars. They have gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion. My wife and I have been dealing with the same service managers for years and when they moved to tri-city subaru so did we. We continue to be very pleased with the service. Recently, we were planning on a weekend trip and discovered a cut tire. We called Sue about 3 o'clock on a friday afternoon and she said bring it right in. We had a new tire and on our way in about an hour. It was finally time to trade one of our cars recently, and we bought a subaru outback. We knew it would be a good car but the main reason was we wanted to stay with Tri-City service. As it turned out the buying experience was great and as a bonus, it is probably the best car I have ever driven. More

Our family has been customers of Tri-City Subaru for many years. Recently, after purchasing our 4th vehicle from this dealer, I decided to have a remote car starter and trailer hitch installed. Sue in the service department scheduled the work and arranged for me a loaner vehicle. The work was completed much sooner than expected; I picked up my car the following morning. It’s the quality workmanship of the service crew, the swiftness of the work performed, and the thoughtfulness of Sue that has and will continue to keep me and my family returning to Tri-City Subaru.
