The crew at Subaru is friendly, knowledable, and competant. I have bought four cars at Tri City and have loved all of them. My original sales experience was great and all my service appointments have been convenient and accommodating. I love my Forester turbo! Susan always takes great care of me and my car! Other service desk staff are also very personable and helpful. Staff always remember to check for "critters" and clean up any messes even when I don't think to ask (this car has a history of rodents loving to live in it).
