Tara and the service foreman were polite and gracious, even when I insisted on having a TSB update that I had thought applied to my 2024 RX350. They both patiently let me ramble on, even though the information I had given them was for a 2023 RX350, not a 2024. They get 5 stars for self-control. My only gripe with the service department was this issue. When I walked out to pick up my car, an employee that was standing outside the service entrance asked me if the White RX350 was my car. I said that it was, and he replied “Your car’s hood is not latched.” We walked over to see why it was not locked. I tried for 10 minutes to get the hood to lock with no luck. I never had this issue in the past. I began to inspect the two latches that lock the hood. I then noticed the cable for the hood release was not attached to a clamp that keeps it in place. Unfortunately, when I reattached the cable to the clamp, the hood still wouldn’t close. It was quite cold that morning, so I just started fiddling with both latches, when I heard one of the latches snap back into place. I was finally able to close the hood. I can only assume that the tech working on my car had tried to get the hood to close so many times, that he knocked the release cable out of the clamp. Fine, but why would he deliver my car to the customer pickup area with the hood still in that condition? And why was this not brought to my attention? This certainly brings into question the skill and integrity of the technicians at Treasure Coast Lexus. A customer can fix an issue that their mechanics could not? Several Lexus employees standing outside by the service entrance podium were curiously watching me the whole time, wondering if I had any success with the hood. I gave them a thumbs up as I left this dealership, possibly for the last time. More

My husband and I experienced a badly damaged tire on our Lexus sedan while visiting family in Vero Beach, FL. We originally purchased our beautiful Lexus at Treasure Coast Lexus, so we returned on a Monday Lexus sedan while visiting family in Vero Beach, FL. We originally purchased our beautiful Lexus at Treasure Coast Lexus, so we returned on a Monday without any appointment to get our tire checked. The process was so excellent and quite seamless. Surprisingly for my husband, the precise tire needed for replacement was already on stock at the dealership. Josue assisted us, and before 1.5 hrs, we were back on the road again with repairs made, AND car beautifully washed/vacuumed! Lastly, their dealership and waiting areas are magnificent, PLUS the coffee bar is quite decadent. It was the cherry on top. We 150% recommend Treasure Coast Lexus! More
