My purchasing experience could have been better. I very much dislike when the sales person has to run back and forth to their manager to get approval for a deal. That's a very old car sales tactic, and I'm shocked that a dealership that sells premium vehicles in 2025 still uses that tired old game which was used on me when I purchased my first new car in 1975. Frankly, I found it insulting to my intelligence. Also, the upselling from the finance manager that took place after completing the purchase of my new vehicle was equally appalling. I realize why it was done AFTER completing the sale, because if they did that during the purchasing process, I would've walked away. My advice from a customer's viewpoint is be better than that. As far as recommending TC Lexus, I'll reserve that decision until after I've experienced the treatment I receive from them when my new Lexus needs maintenance or repairs. Service after the sale will be the difference maker for me. I'm disappointed that I was never even introduced to the dealership's service manager, so I consider that to be a big miss too. Unfortunately, this survey forces me to complete the recommendation portion, so that also forces me to NOT be able to recommend the dealership (at this time). As I stated in my previous comment, I would have preferred to remain neutral on my recommendation option at this time. More
