He understands that life happens and was accommodating to my family’s needs. His communication and attention to details was second to none. This sale was our family’s 6th Lexus so I have some experience with different dealers over multiple states. The trade in went smoothly and I thought it was fair. My post purchase options were clearly explained and not a hammering experience. and the feature and technology guy was helpful and through. Called in January 2026 because I got a recall notice. An appointment was made without checking that the recall had already been done November 10th. I drove 1/2 hour to the dealership to find out that I d An appointment was made without checking that the recall had already been done November 10th. I drove 1/2 hour to the dealership to find out that I did not need the appointment. I was there for 1/2 hour before I was informed of this. They then changed my windshield washers at my request and then washed the car - the total time spent at the dealership was 1 1/4 hours! I have better things to do with my gas and time. More
