Consistent Quality I've been having my car(s) serviced at Tracy VW for 3 years now. When I moved from the South Bay my Jetta was still under a third party service contr I've been having my car(s) serviced at Tracy VW for 3 years now. When I moved from the South Bay my Jetta was still under a third party service contract. Even though it wasn't the same one they sold, they figured it out and honored it. That's when I knew they were good. After the contract was over, they continued effort to provide me with the right service at the right time. Simply put, I was never oversold. That's when I knew they were great. This year I added a used Touareg to my VW stable, it's been once...so far. I expect our relationship to continue long into the future. More
