My husband and I live in Modesto, CA and refuse to do service at Modesto Honda. So we drove all the way to Tracy to the Honda dealership because we heard of their great customer service. We were looking for a new SUV to suit our growing family. We wandered around the lot and found exactly what we were looking for. Within an hour of arriving, we were in the process of signing papers for a new car. We would like to recognize James Munson for his exceptional customer service and honesty. The poor reputation of a "car salesman" was obviously given to someone who did NOT work at Tracy Honda. The entire team is so wonderful and inviting and we will be happy to spread the word of our experience. Thank you Tracy Honda for making our car-buying experience an easy one. :) More

My car battery died. I was able to charge it and bring it in. I called ahead and they were ready for me. I had my daughter with me so I couldn't stay long. They replaced my battery within 45 minutes. They had a bunch of snacks there which helped since it was almost lunch time. The complimentary hot cocoa and fruit were a big hit with my daughter. The separate toy room kept my daughter occupied. The sales staff at Tracy Honda was very customer focused. Even with the current state of the automobile market with the aftermath of what's going on in Japan, the staff there wasn't too pushy. They seemed to genuinely care about trying to find me the car that I wanted. I never felt pressured to buy or felt lured into something I wasn't interested in. They took the input of what I was looking for, and even with a very difficult to find vehicle, found me the EXACT car I wanted with the EXACT options and my number one color choice and executed a dealer trade. On top of that, they offered a fair price (I wish I could have gotten it lower, of course) considering the market status. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone in the area looking for a new Honda. When I bring my car in for service down the line, I will definitely stop by and say hello to the folks that made the sale happen. I hope the service there is as good as it was with my last new car. I went in to find a part for my 2005 Odyssey. Although it appears to be a part that rarely fails, since they haven't needed to order many in the past, Dan was able to find it quickly on the computer. I've been to other dealers in the past where the parts person had some troubles finding the correct parts. This was not the case with Dan at Tracy Honda. The dealership didn't have it in stock (see rarely ordered above). Dan was able to tell me how long it would take to arrive based on where the part was coming from. The service was quick, efficient & friendly. I have great confidence in recommending Dan @ Tracy Honda to my friends for any parts issues they may have. More

I had a great experience. I had been researching used Accords for about5 days and doing my homework on-line. I researched prices for private party sales, Craiglist, Honda dealers in the Sacramento/Rosevi Accords for about5 days and doing my homework on-line. I researched prices for private party sales, Craiglist, Honda dealers in the Sacramento/Roseville area, etc. AutoTrader was a good resource to get a feel for prices. I knew which trim level, color, and mileage I wanted and every Accord that I came across on AutoTrader that caught my eye because of the price and mileage, was a Tracy Honda vehicle. Each Tracy Honda car was consistently $2,000- $3,000 cheaper than the other dealers, so I decided to go to their Website. They had 30+ used Accords on their website compared to other dealers who only had about 10-11 vehicles. I contacted their Internet sales dept and spoke with Hank to get more info on the cars they had. Since there were multiple cars I was interested in, I made the drive from Sacramento. Hank was there when I arrived and showed me many different vehicles. I went there not expecting them to budge on the advertised price because it was already so low, and I was right. Hank explained the process of how they get their previously owned vehicles and explained the different models and the difference between a Honda Certified vehicle and one that is not certified. Most importantly, he explained to me how the warranty works on a Certified Honda. I was already approved from my credit union and the whole process was easy and comfortable. I purchased the car and love it. Thanks Hank! More
