We would describe the car as "barely driven". Anticipating a high price tag for this almost new car, we were very pleasantly surprised at the asking price. We did not hesitate to secure the deal. Our salesman knew his inventory. After listening to our requirements, he understood our needs and simplified the process by offering 2 possible vehicles that would meet our specifications. What we thought would be a stressful search for a "new" car turned out to be anything but stressful. Steve Skolnick, our salesman, was happy and we were happy after a short transaction. The service manager, Nick Fondas, and Andrew Pelletier, the salesman, were very kind and considerate and understood my needs and circumstances. They were very helpful and I feel quite comfortable that I bought a safe car at a fair price. The service department did an excellent job in prepping the car. I would recommend them very highly. I bought a 2007 FJ Cruiser from Toyota of Watertown's Pre-Owned Annex, after looking online for dealerships that had what I wanted (FJ's get snapped u I bought a 2007 FJ Cruiser from Toyota of Watertown's Pre-Owned Annex, after looking online for dealerships that had what I wanted (FJ's get snapped up QUICK; the first one I looked at got sold the night before I even called the dealership that had it, and my FJ was only on Toyota of Watertown's lot for 6 days before I bought it!) I had never driven one, and Nick was enthusiastic about showing me the vehicle (he seems to love the FJ, too). The test drive was the final piece, after all the research I had done on the vehicle, I knew I wanted it. Nick got me what I wanted to get on my trade-in, and after a bit of a sit-down with my fiance and then the finance department at Toyota of Watertown, I got my payments actually below where I wanted them. They also made sure that the FJ was thoroughly cleaned before I drove it home (couple days; end of the month is crazy at dealerships); it's a 2007, and I keep getting asked if it's brand new! All in all; solid, likeable people, no pressure, and a great car-buying experience! More
Definitely Worth Checking Out -- Serge Was Super We looked at other dealerships, and on-line, and ultimately chose to buy our certified 2012 Sienna XLE from the Annex at Toyota of Watertown. They ga We looked at other dealerships, and on-line, and ultimately chose to buy our certified 2012 Sienna XLE from the Annex at Toyota of Watertown. They gave us a trade-in our our older vehicle, a good price (close to Kelly Blue Book), and helped get the inspection, registration, new floor mats, etc .... Serge was super, and went out of his way to help, gave us information on a few vehicles, gave us time to drive and be with the vehicle, kept in touch after the sale, and made our experience a good one. Will definitely consider Serge and Toyota of Watertown when we buy a car again. Another sales person there at the Annex helped too (Juan?), was super also, and gave us honest opinions, and spent time with us earlier -- no pressure -- which definitely played into our coming back to check and ultimately buy our new certified vehicle there. I met Larry Evans after having just left another dealership where I experienced the old bait and switch (went to look at one car I was interested in and was shown another for more money). Larry was a breath of fresh air. He has an easy going style and seems genuinely interested in why you are purchasing a car so he can provide the right fit. He truly wants to help you make the best decision for your needs. If you're in the market for a used car, I would recommend you at least give Larry a call and let him know what you're looking for. The car, a 2005 Corolla, looks and feels like new, much like the Corollas I drive from rental companies, despite its age and 85,000 miles. Nick was very efficient, as well as fair, as he always answered my calls promptly, allowed me to test drive the car while running errands, and was friendly, honest, and patient. Once I decided on it, I was able to drive the car away the next day. Though the car needed a few cosmetic fixes, these were all done perfectly, quickly, and with a minimum of hassle. I am very happy with the purchase. More
