They are usually really great. This past visit was for tire rotation. The multi point inspection didn’t pick up much except for the usual cabin air filter. THEY TOTALLY MISSED THE This past visit was for tire rotation. The multi point inspection didn’t pick up much except for the usual cabin air filter. THEY TOTALLY MISSED THE BULB NEEDING TO BE REPLACED IN THE HEADLIGHT! I forgot it was out and didn’t mention it to them. Now I have to wonder if they really do inspect anything. Also when I went to get in my car to leave, the driver side seat was reclined waaaay back and the mirror was askew. No one should have to adjust the seat that much to move the car from the garage or car wash out to the parking lot. More
