Wish I could give a lower rating than 1. I saw a truck I was interested in online, asked for their best price, they said they would negotiate in person but not over the phone. I’m 2 hours aw I saw a truck I was interested in online, asked for their best price, they said they would negotiate in person but not over the phone. I’m 2 hours away so I said I would pass on the truck unless the lift was higher end and I would be ok just paying the internet price. I asked for information on the lift, they said it was a fox lift and couldn’t tell me the height, said I could figure it out in person. Sales manager called and was extremely condescending and rude, said he didnt want to put in all this work if I won’t even drive out there. Not sure how it’s too much to ask a person selling a product for information on that product. Not sure if that’s their sales tactic but I’m not interested in doing business with a person like that. They sold me a $60,000 truck, blew up my phone with deals till I got it, sold me extra coverage( Apex Protection) that didn’t even cover my truck at all and let me pay for it for 2 years before they told me till I got it, sold me extra coverage( Apex Protection) that didn’t even cover my truck at all and let me pay for it for 2 years before they told me it doesn’t cover none of ALL the stuff they told me it cover before I got the truck. THIS TOYOTA DEALERSHIP IS VERY HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED IF YOU ASK ME! IF YOU WANT TO PURCHASE A TOYOTA OR ANY OTHER VEHICLE, BELIEVE ME, DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING, NOT EVEN A BOTTLE OF WATER FROM THIS TOYOTA OF VICTORIA DEALERSHIP! JUST SAY NO!!!!!!!!! More
I had seen a vehichle on their website and inquired before even driving to the location to be sure that it was still available, as well, I submitted the information on the vehicle I would be trading in before even driving to the location to be sure that it was still available, as well, I submitted the information on the vehicle I would be trading in. I received a written quote as to what they would give me for my vehicle and an affirmation from Sklyer that everything was a go and that they needed to set up an appointment to come see the car. We set the appointment to allow us the 1hr and half travel time to the location. Before we reached the location, we received a phone message from a guy called to verify that we would still be able to keep the time, so that Skyler would not be busy. We confirmed and proceeded to the dealership. We were brought in by a salesperson, who let the receptionist know that we were here to see Skyler. We proceded to wait an additional 30 minutes, I guess our time was not as valuable as theirs. Thereabouts 45 minutes later, Skyler and the Internet Director of Sales, Mark Hernandez approached us and told us that another sales associate would be helping us and that would be in good hands. This should have been our first clue things were a bit fishy. The reason is that we had been assured that we would be moving through things quickly since we had already sent in paperwork in and had everything ready to go. All we needed to do was verify the car was what we wanted and test drive. We moved over to the salesperson's desk and had to start the paperwork all over again and then she went to get the keys and took ours to have the vehicle inspected. We went out to the vehicle to test drive it, now mind you we have worked for dealerships before and know what vehicles should look like before showing a customer. The vehichle had not been detailed, it was covered in bird poop and the interior was filthy. We looked passed this as we wanted to see what it drove like and was assured that they would detail it our standards before driving off. We drove the vehicle and returned to the dealership to begin finalizing everything. Then we sat for 2 hours going back and forth with pricing, which only irritated us further, being that we had discussed where we were comfortable with payments. Then they came back and said that they would have to have my other's half info since it was vehichle we would be trading in on the vehicle. We had been directed that it was only to see what they payoff was and to find out they ended up running his credit which we did not even want on the new vehicle. After going back and forth with finance, finally Mark came out and started to belittle us saying that we needed to take their deal because we were lucky to have this deal. This is when we would find out that they were saying unless we used Toyota Financial, we would be paying $2-5000 more if we went with Capital One. We finally said that we would take our business elsewhere and he continued to say that if you buy from said dealerships in town that they would jack you around and promise you things they couldn't do or say you're approved and let you go home then within month reposess the vehicle stating that weren't ever approved leaving without any transportation. I have never been treated with such disrespect or the rudeness in all my experiences buying a car in the past 30 years. More

Sales lady (Ms. Stacey) assured me that the car is available and quoted me a out of door price. Since I will be driving a long distance to the dealer, I wanted to make sure about the price and talked with the manager (Mr. Mark) who again assured me he will work out the quoted price. I believed them and drove 2 hours to reach the dealer. Things turned around pathetic after my arrival. First they tried to sell the same car $4000 above the quoted price. Then they pretended the car is not available. Finally they (Mr. Dawson with somebody else) offered me a car significantly higher than the previously quoted price, but I agreed with frustration. They took all sensitive information like SSN and other information from me and my wife. 20 minutes later they came back and told me that they can't sell the car with the price he agreed just few minutes ago. They just said sorry that they cant sell any car. With uttered humiliation, I found the dealer's sales representatives from top to bottom are extremely unethical, dishonest, unprofessional, and greedy. More
What a crap show they provide here. I’ve had many dealership experiences from bad to good but this place really took the cake for being the worst. Started off with me inquiring about I’ve had many dealership experiences from bad to good but this place really took the cake for being the worst. Started off with me inquiring about a Corolla they had listed on AutoTrader for “$1,398 off MSRP” that caught my eye. I had one on order through Toyota of Cedar Park (amazing service there) at MSRP but when I saw this as being what I’ve got on order as being readily available I could resist. So I called in about it and a lady in sales answers, I ask about the car, it’s available and I ask for the window sticker so I can see everything about it. She asks what I want to know and I told her I was looking for a specific package. She told me she would get back to me on that and send it to my phone. I waited a bit and called back since I didn’t get the info requested and once again said she would send it. I got a portion of it not long after but not the whole window sticker (seems planned in hindsight) confirming it had the package I wanted. Called back and asked for photos of the car and told her I could make the 2 and 1/2 hour drive down the next day to get it. She was only concerned about making an appointment for me and though I said on the call and multiple times through text I wanted photos of the car (they weren’t on auto trader or their site yet) I never got the photos, only an appointment confirmation. So, next day we have icy roads and winter weather warning but I get up early to make the appointment. I get there and meet with the lady and she hands me off to a “product specialist” as she only gets people in the door and doesn’t actually sell. Start with this guy telling him the advertised price brought me in and what not, he ignores that and offers water and coffee and makes other conversation(didn’t think anything of it at the time). Then he gets all my info and we start the process before even going over the car with me. Goes to the back and comes back with papers and shows me the “real price” of the Corolla with a $20,000 mark up and I’m instantly in shock. He said it’s “market adjustment” cause that’s what they’re selling for. I told him I have one on order with no mark up and he basically told me I wasted my deposit cause I’m never going to get it (not true, just a shady sales tactic). I mentioned that I came here due to the advertised price being under MSRP and he then lied and said the notes were auto generated on the listing even though notes don’t auto generate in auto trader listings for dealers, they have to be manually entered. After calling him on that lie and telling him how bad of service it is that I was lied to about the price, the lack of communication and purposeful omission of info on the car by the lady prior, and the fact they knew I was driving 2 and 1/2 hours to come there he said he could probably get it to just a $5000 mark up on the vehicle instead of $20,000. I told him I would consider $2000 mark up and he went to talk to the manager. Came back at $10,000 mark up as the lowest he could go. Told him it was BS and I was going to leave and be sure to share my experience. He told me he wanted the manager to come by and talk to me, manager came by and said “I hear your threats” referring to me sharing my experience, told him there’s no threats, just facts. He said he could do $10,000 and that he doesn’t have to sell me a vehicle if he doesn’t want to and when I told him it’s a crap deal and the whole experience the provided was crap he got mad and walked away. TLDR: Don’t waste your time here, call anyone at Toyota of Cedar Park for a much better experience and lower price. I got impatient and it cost me a headache and a lost day. False advertising and bait and switch sales shouldn’t be a thing these days. More
Should have listened to the reviews. Six hours of drive time wasted. Truck was supposed to be in transit, we get there and it's magically sold before we get there. Six hours of drive time wasted. Truck was supposed to be in transit, we get there and it's magically sold before we get there. More

I come from the Automotive Service industry so I get it and understand the hassle of cad buying/selling. However, it took over 30 days for payoff on my trade in resulting in 2 late payments reported on my credit, and after multiple attempts to contact my salesman I found out my plates have been sitting there for a month and they had the wrong number on file. Patricia was fantastic and helped immediately getting my plates sent out. I contacted my local Toyota dealer in the town I just moved to and found out Toyota in Victoria put in completely incorrect contact information which meant I wouldn’t get a survey also. Overall I do love my new car, but sales is seriously lacking in follow up and communication. Salesman was Cameron Maples. More
