tHIS DEALERSIP RIPPED OFF MY 88 YR OLD FATHER AND HIS WIFE. IN aUGUST OF 2021 BY LOWBALLING THEIR TRADE IN. THEN MY DAD PASSED AWAY AND THEY RIPPED OFF THE ESTATE BY LOWBALLING TAKING THE CAR BACK, IGN WIFE. IN aUGUST OF 2021 BY LOWBALLING THEIR TRADE IN. THEN MY DAD PASSED AWAY AND THEY RIPPED OFF THE ESTATE BY LOWBALLING TAKING THE CAR BACK, IGNORING PHONE CALLS AND THEN BRINGING A CAVALIER ATTITUDE TO THE DISCUSSION. mY STEP SISTER BROUGHT THE CAR IN NEGIOTIATED A BAD DEAL AND LET ME KNOW. I TOLD HER SHE NEED OT PUT A STOP TO IT, SHE CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND TOLD THEM TO PUT ALL OF THE PAPERWORK ON HOLD UNTIL THEY DISCUSSED THE DEAL WITH ME. THEY IGNORED THAT REQUEST AND FELT THEY HAD THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK TO MOVE FORWARD AND SOLD THE CAR. I ALSO ATTEMPTED TO CALL THE DEAL TO DISCUSS THE TRANSACTION AND DID NOT GET A CALL BACK FORM THEM FOR A MONTH. WHEN I BOUGHT THIS UP WITH THE SALES MANAGER, HE THAT THAT WAS DUE TO THE DEALERSHIP BEING A WELL OILED MACHINE. BOTTOM LINE THE Y LOWBALLED THE PRICE ON THE SALE AND THE BUY AND SEEMED QUITE HAPPTY THAT THEY HAD UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS. STAY AWAY. More

Bait n switch. So Rachel told me she would hold a vehicle for me and guaranteed me she wouldn’t sell it before I got there because I told her that has happened to me before and that I would be driving all th for me and guaranteed me she wouldn’t sell it before I got there because I told her that has happened to me before and that I would be driving all the way from Houston for this particular car. She said “I would never do that to you” those were her words that didn't mean anything. I drove over 2 hours with my 1 year old baby to come get this car and they sold it to someone else. They never asked for a deposit yet that was their excuse. The “management” were very rude and condescending about the whole situation and were trying to push something else on me that I didn’t want. Prior to my visit they kept calling and texting me to confirm my appointment but couldn’t even give me a courtesy call that it was taken. Disgusting business they are running. I’ve never written a negative review before but these people deserve it. More
This place is an absolute joke!!!! Drove 2 hours to buy a car that wasn't there. They Tried to sell me a more expensive car. I almost did it until we got to the numbers. The car was listed for $18500 the car that wasn't there. They Tried to sell me a more expensive car. I almost did it until we got to the numbers. The car was listed for $18500 the manager said i could have it for $4500 down and $600 a month for an undisclosed amount of months. After asking how many months they said probably around 48. So, with some quick calculations I realized they wanted me to pay over $33000 for an $18000 car. Then I tried to leave and a scrawny young manager followed me out chomping on some Reese's peanut butter cups, and kept referring to me as "Man" and "Bro". Almost hard to believe this place is even in business at all. Unless you just want a good laugh I would go anywhere else. More
