Nikson was such a gentleman!! We test drove some cars and he was so knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel at ease the whole time, and has called me 2x to follow-up and make sure that I'm doing OK with the car. I felt my experience was a positive one, and that that Nikson is most certainly an asset to your sales department. Give this guy a raise.... I would send anyone to him that's looking to buy a car!!!! Part of the service was for 4 new tires, he called me after I left the service department to tell me he found a rebate for my tires and was sending me an email with the rebate certificate. I was worry about having to spend hundr This week, I was provided with excellent service at your dealership by Manny Paiz, and I truly appreciate it. I was worry about having to spend hundreds of dollars to repair my car, according to estimates I'd received elsewhere, was around $1200. Thankfully, I decided to opt for one more professional opinion before having my car repaired and that's when I talked to Manny who went above and beyond to find out that my car was covered by the warranty. And I was able to have it repaired for just $53 (deductible fee). Needless to say, I breathed a sigh of relief! I am highly pleased with the professional manner in which Manny serviced my automobile. You have definitely gained a customer who will continue to go to Toyota of Stamford only. More
