I chose San Bernardino over Riverside to support local business. I am totally deaf and unable to speak. Still, I write English with those who don’t know sign language. I worked with Tuan Lam for han business. I am totally deaf and unable to speak. Still, I write English with those who don’t know sign language. I worked with Tuan Lam for handling a sale transaction with me. I appreciate his patience with me for our slow communication writing notes back and forth. He also showed me on the computer monitor trying to decide which vehicle to select. Initially I was going to buy an used vehicle, but he explained that I pay a little more for a brand vehicle with no mileage than an used vehicle with much higher mileage. I saw his logic and switched to a new one. I also applaud the financial officer for his friendliness and patience going over many pages with me. I traded in my 2012 RAV4 for down payment along with my debit card for additional down payment. I will study the vehicle manual to learn about the new features that my previous Toyota vehicle lacks. I am impressed with many improvements from 2012 to now. Wow. I appreciate the courteous and professional demeanor your staff showed during my vehicle shopping.
