I recently purchased a vehicle from Toyota of San Bernadino and the entire process was outstanding ! I initially found the vehicle I wanted on their website, and then started discusions with one o Bernadino and the entire process was outstanding ! I initially found the vehicle I wanted on their website, and then started discusions with one of their sales people (Ryan). I live in Northern California, so the process of purchasing the vehicle I had selected was conducted remotely. There was never any pressure or sales hype, just straighforward facts. The salesman was courteous, knowlegable and communicative. 95% of the transaction was completed prior to my arrival at the dealership ! The salesman picked me up at the airport and brought me to the dealership ! What incredible survice. Document signing took about 30 minutes to finalize ! Everyone I worked with at the dealership was friendly and professional ! The vehicle was pristine and I was able to drive away and head back home. Of all the vehicles I have purchased, this was without a doubt the most enjoyable. More

Very personable, respectful and attentive. We had just started our car search and had an 18 yo reliable Camry so really didn’t “need” a car. Wanted something other than black, white, grey and red but nothing available. We decided a Highlander although the extra seating was nice but for needing only 4-5 times a year for grandchildren did not want the extra expense and lower gas mileage. Saw the RAV4 and decided on that but again the color choices were the ones we didn’t want. “Settled” on a white. Very disappointed that Toyota doesn’t give consumers a wider choice of colors. More
