I'm beyond furious with the absolute lack of quality and care at the San Bernardino Toyota dealership. I leased a brand new vehicle from them, and what I've gone through in the past six months is absolutely care at the San Bernardino Toyota dealership. I leased a brand new vehicle from them, and what I've gone through in the past six months is absolutely unacceptable. First Off! The tires they put on my car are garbage--a complete and total disgrace. Within three months, one tire split on the side. Then, just a month later, another tire developed a bubble on the sidewall. Fast forward to six months, and now a hole has blown out of the sidewall of a third tire while I was driving at a mere 10 miles per hour. I heard it pop. This isn't just frustrating; it's DANGEROUS!!! It Gets Worse! On the first repair, they lost my keys and the air valve cap. During my second tire repair, their employee completely destroyed one of my rims in not one but two places! He gouged the rim so badly that it's hard to believe anyone could be that careless. But what's worse? He didn't even have the decency to report the damage. Instead, he tried to give the car back to me, hoping I wouldn't notice. As if that wasn't enough, he stole my wheel lock and they lost the air valve cap AGAIN! To add insult to injury, when I called the so-called roadside assistance, it was completely useless--they can't even change a tire. Now I'm stranded in my car, at night, writing this review because I'm currently STRANDED!!!! All because this dealership couldn't be bothered to equip my vehicle with tires that weren't defective or hire staff that wouldn't destroy my property. I don't know if they're cutting corners or just don't care about their customers, but selling a new car with tires this bad is downright negligent! And the service department? Incompetent and untrustworthy. They would rather have me die in a tire blowout or get murdered on the side of the road in the most dangerous city in the entire state of California than put a decent set of tires on my vehicle! Stay far, far away from San Bernardino Toyota unless you want to be stuck with a brand new piece of junk that's more likely to leave you stranded than take you ANYWHERE, along with the added bonus of having your property DAMAGED, STOLEN, and LOST! More

From the time we arrived till my husband drove the truck off the lot to go home everyone we dealt with was professional and capable. The whole transaction took only 2 hours. On May 30, 2024, I purchased a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Woodland at Toyota of San Bernardino, where the saleswoman was Johana Viramontes. She mentioned that this car was designed with tires suitable for driving on rocks, gravel, glass, etc. On July 19, 2024, at 4:30 PM, I noticed that one of the tires was flat or deflated. I went to a nearby tire shop, and the attendant informed me that the tire needed to be replaced, showing me the damaged part. I mentioned that the car came with a spare tire and requested it to be installed, emphasizing that the car was under warranty. The dashboard, where the mileage and other indicators are displayed, did not show any warning for a flat or low tire; there was no warning message at all. It was only after the tire shop attendant replaced the tire that an orange light appeared next to the fuel gauge indicator. Prior to this, there was no indication of any issue on the car. On Saturday, July 20, 2024, I went to the dealer and primarily spoke with Carlos Cornejo, who informed me that the tire was not under warranty and that I would have to purchase a new one. I questioned how the tire was not covered by the warranty when the car was only one month and 19 days old and already presenting issues with the tire, the hybrid system, and the air conditioning. Despite the saleswoman's claims that the car was marvelous, he advised me to speak with either the saleswoman or someone from financing. At that moment, I spoke with Manolo Gonzales, who told me that he could not do anything and that I needed to come back on Monday at 8:00 AM to speak with Ran Fontes or Frankie Morales. I arrived at 8:00 AM and was told that the mentioned individuals, including the saleswoman, would not arrive until around 9:00 AM. I spoke with Victor, the Floor Supervisor, and he told me that I have to buy the tire because it is not under warranty. I expressed my frustration, and he ultimately reiterated that the tire is not covered. It is very disappointing that after just one month and 19 days of having the car, it is already generating problems. With the tires, although a nail was found in the tire on Saturday, supposedly these tires were resistant even to glass, although Johana the saleswoman's claim was not very convincing. My frustration lies in the fact that the dashboard did not display any warning, which could have prompted a quick solution. At no point did the car show a warning or a low tire alert or any problem. Now, the car is already presenting issues with the Hybrid system and the air conditioning. This is my first time owning a Toyota car, and supposedly, according to the saleswoman, it is the best brand in the world. However, my experience with the car has been far from that. Additionally, my experience on Saturday with Manolo Gonzales and today with the Service Supervisor Victor has shown poor customer service. I also agree with what others have mentioned in their reviews about the dishonesty of the salespeople. In my case, it involves Johana and the finance manager with the extra costs when I had clearly stated my requirements for the purchase of the car, and when we were about to complete the final financing step. I returned at 2:00 PM today, July 22, to speak with Johanna. The receptionist, Keisy, indicated that she was busy. When she was selling me the car, even if she was busy, she would come out for a moment, greet me, and tell me to wait a moment. If she was taking too long, she would take me to another salesperson. When she was closing the sale, she was able to bring the car to my house at 10:30 PM. However, when I went to request a solution for my car regarding the tires and the hybrid system, she did not have the decency to come out. This shows me the level of professionalism and customer service she has, with her deceptive sales strategies. She said that the car was the best and that More
