I recently purchased a vehicle from Toyota of San Bernadino and the entire process was outstanding ! I initially found the vehicle I wanted on their website, and then started discusions with one o Bernadino and the entire process was outstanding ! I live in Northern California, so the process of purchasing the vehicle I had selected was conducted remotely. There was never any pressure or sales hype, just straighforward facts. The salesman was courteous, knowlegable and communicative. 95% of the transaction was completed prior to my arrival at the dealership ! The salesman picked me up at the airport and brought me to the dealership ! What incredible survice. Document signing took about 30 minutes to finalize ! Everyone I worked with at the dealership was friendly and professional ! The vehicle was pristine and I was able to drive away and head back home. Of all the vehicles I have purchased, this was without a doubt the most enjoyable. More
