First of all, whenever I asked questions about them not calculating APR correctly, instead of showing me the math all they would say was “that’s because of your $2,000 deposit. Neither Raul or the financial manager knew how to answer my questions. Or they did but decided I was too dumb to give a real answer… I asked how many miles in the new car and Raul said only a couple it’s barely been used. The car arrived to San Bernardino from Indio with over 112 miles! I also needed service for electrical components in the car and Raul again said it would be a 15 minute appointment and I was without a car for several hours. After the service they could not find anything wrong with a diagnostic test so they asked me to record the problem when it happens and to bring it back. I DID JUST THAT and they told me they would have to rerun the diagnostic test and if nothing popped up wrong they wouldn’t be able to work on it and they will charge me for it because “the technicians don’t work for free”. I told service department several times on the phone that I wasn’t going to go if they weren’t going to work on it and they said “we can go based off your recording”… that was a lie. Now I’m stuck with a brand new Prius with electrical issues. More
