They ACTUALLY Listened to me! I drove from Mooresville to the dealership because they had the car I wanted, got me pre-approved BEFORE driving there AND gave me the monthly cost fo I drove from Mooresville to the dealership because they had the car I wanted, got me pre-approved BEFORE driving there AND gave me the monthly cost for just the car, without all of the extras. I had asked for the same thing 3 times at Toyota of North Charlotte and they would not give me a barebones price until adding 2% to my finance rate for not purchasing any of the extras. The rate I received from Toyota of Rock Hill was 3% less than what North Charlotte was going to charge me too! FAST, FRIENDLY and WORTH THE DRIVE! More

I would go back for a 3rd car I bought a new Toyota in 2011 from Kelsey Cash. I had been to a few dealers in the area. No one was taking me seriously. I thought I would try Toyo I bought a new Toyota in 2011 from Kelsey Cash. I had been to a few dealers in the area. No one was taking me seriously. I thought I would try Toyota too since I had not yet entered their lot. I met Kelsey Cash, and this was finally when I felt someone was listening and taking me at my word and treating me like a valued customer. I bought a new Toyota that day. Fastforward to 2014, I returned and contacted Kelsey Cash again. Why not return to where I had received respectful and excellent service? He was there to again provide the excellent service. Again, listening, working hard to find a good fit for my purposes and my budget. He did not hassle me in any way and simply was there to facilitate and accommodate as best he could. The 2nd experience was even better than the 1st experience. I highly recommend this dealer. The finance person, Terrence (didn't get last name) also was excellent in every way and the paperwork was a painless procedure. Thank you Terrence. These 2 Toyota employees are the reason people will go back. More

Jodi promised us that it wouldn't happen and two weeks later I began receiving letter after letter of financing companies. Them "shot gunning" out my score is an understatement. I received over 20 different companies in the mail and two months later my credit score has dropped over 100 points.Not on any medical bills, or missed car payments that I could be at fault for. It was simply because my credit score was being tapped into so many times. My bank warned me of this before we went. Which is why we asked ourselves for him not to shotgun it out. I understand that this is definitely a risk when purchasing a car and some banks can finance for cheaper than others, but it is misleading when you are told something and expect that "something" to happen and then it's not carried through. I love my car and I wouldn't trade it for anything, but the emails got out of hand asking for a review, the phone calls and everything. These guys make extra $$$ based on the reviews they receive, and even though I was satisfied inside the dealership, when I got home and had to worry about my future because of my credit score, and so on, I was not pleased. Honesty up front would have been appreciated. More

Awesome buying experience of new Toyota from 200 miles away I bought a new car through internet sales with Bill Patterson. He was great to work with, did an incredible job and made the process so easy and enjo I bought a new car through internet sales with Bill Patterson. He was great to work with, did an incredible job and made the process so easy and enjoyable. Not to mention they beat the price of my local Toyota dealer by over $4,000 and I've bought a truck there before. They were able to give me a great deal on my trade without even seeing it. They delivered the new Toyota 200 miles to my front door with a full tank of gas and drove my trade away. Bill was extremely helpful and the transaction was flawless and simple. Would highly recommend even if you are out of town!! Great business and staff to work with!! More

Used Car Purchase This was the worst experience that I have ever entailed when buying a car. After a late night purchase, I ended up paying the asking price, even thou This was the worst experience that I have ever entailed when buying a car. After a late night purchase, I ended up paying the asking price, even though I was quoted $1000 lower on the lot. On top of that, I was sold close to $4200 of extras. After talking to my finance company, I was informed that I could go to the dealership and have the extras removed. At the dealership they told me that it would take over 30 days for the money to be credited to my account. They only credited $3500. I guess they found a person that they could really take advantage of. More

After seeing the Rock Hill Toyota TV ad, we decided to take the trip (from Matthews, NC}to see if deals were true. The offer of 0 % financing or 6k off was the best deal we had seen thus far. Some other dealer told us it was just a teaser . We called first and spoke with Bill Patterson. He assured us that the deals were true! Bill was patient, professional, and informative. He was great to work with and not pushy. We left with 2 new car with awesome financing, Thanks Bill More
