I made the mistake to by a car at the end of the year. It was obvious to me that all the sales force was interested in selling the cars. I have been using this dealership to service my car for over 20 years and have ALWAYS been very pleased. The service advisors clearly explain what needs to be done in easy to understand language. I am never “talked down” to because I’m a woman (as has unfortunately been my experience at other car care facilities in the past). They are respectful of my time and are very accommodating. The waiting area is comfortable and clean with many amenities including an extensive vending station with food, drinks etc. There are seating areas inside and out as well as a play area for kids. The check in and check out process is fast and efficient. Updates on how the work is going are communicated in a timely manner via text or call. The work performed has always been outstanding. It’s very clear attention to the details of creating a positive experience for the customer is a priority at this dealership. I always leave feeling genuinely cared for and with a smile on my face.
