WORST SERVICE DEPT EVER!!! If I could give this dealership no stars I would - I don't know if this company is just asking to be SUED or what. Right from the start this was a horrible experience. I called corporate after being notified of a recall on my Camry for a passenger restraint system. I proceeded to set up my profile with corporate and was transferred over to the dealership to set up my appt. I dropped my Camry off the following Monday. The rep that approached me had no idea who I was or what I was there for. Despite being an obvious administrative error, I gave my information and was on my way. (picked my vehicle up the following afternoon) I had no idea upon picking it up that my passenger seat was not even bolted back at all! I went to drop my child off for school this morning and she basically flew forward while attached to the seat at the first red light we hit. I immediately called into the dealership and the customer service rep told me "Oh yeah, no problem we can get you in next monday" Ummmm NO??? I have pre teens that sit in that seat - so what happens if I get into an accident between now (Thurs) and the following Monday - are you people xxxxxxxx??? A two minute fix could save someone's life and you want to wait 4 days!!! Makes perfect sense - thankfully corporate handled this issue amazingly.... More
Extremely Upset I am extremely upset with this dealership, when I signed the contract I was told the south eastern toyota finance was apart of toyota financial,I went I am extremely upset with this dealership, when I signed the contract I was told the south eastern toyota finance was apart of toyota financial,I went to register my account on toyota financial only to find out that in fact I am not financed thru toyota financial and the south eastern toyota is actually a retail installment company. I am going to contact an attorney to see if there is something that I can do legally. I feel like I was lied to so that they could make money off of me with this retail installment loan, I could would have gone to my credit union if I would have known that this was a retail installment loan. I would not have signed the paper work if I knew this is what I was being sold, I was told it was toyota financial and that was a big lie. I will never purchase a vehicle here again, I feel like this was shady business and I was taken advantage of. More
Disrespectful , poor service Bought a vehicle there last summer , had an issue so I called. Discussed the problem and was told service was open til 6 pm When I got there at 530 they didn't want to look at the vehicle. First guy tried to say that checking the battery would take time and it was too late to come back tomorrow. Another guy tried telling me that the mechanics had already picked up the tools and were gone. When I pointed out that it was well before 6 he started a debate about my workplace and if I showed up at his job at the last minute..... It escalated and the manager got involved. After criticizing me for getting VERY upset with the disrespectful manner I was treated he then forced me to leave without looking at the vehicle that was purchased there and is under warranty. At my place of employment if the sign says we close at 6 , we welcome customers until 6 and often even later. It's called customer service.. and bringing up my job to make a point like that was very unprofessional. More
Dishonest Salesman, Dishonest Management Purchased 2017 Tundra. Salesman Todd attempted to add extra months to finance contract. When I brought to their attention Business Mgr pretended to be Purchased 2017 Tundra. Salesman Todd attempted to add extra months to finance contract. When I brought to their attention Business Mgr pretended to be shocked and angry with Todd. Twice when discussed, Todd advised that vehicle requires 10,000 mi oil change. When serviced, was advised oil change required every 5,000 mi. This will add hundreds of $ in annual maintence. Will never do business with this dealership again. More
terrible My husband brought his 2000 tundra to this dealership twice in one month because he was having trouble with his transmission. He was charged almost $5 My husband brought his 2000 tundra to this dealership twice in one month because he was having trouble with his transmission. He was charged almost $500. for repairs not related to this problem and probably not needed. A week after his last visit his transmission fell out. We are seniors on a fixed income and my husband is also handicapped and this was a severe hardship for him being stranded on the side of the road for over an hour before his was towed to the nearest dealership which was over 100 hundred from our home. More
World's best Salesman, Todd McIntire I recently purchased a Tundra. I haven't bought a car in 11 years!! Todd McIntire made the whole experience so easy and FUN. Outstanding Experience with Jeremy Melton From the first phone call to the dealership, Jeremy Melton was excited that I called. That is in itself is refreshing compared to all the other Toyota dealerships I called. Jeremy also allowed me to complete just about everything over the phone through text and emails, working with my schedule. He got me the best deal by far. He took the time to deliver my New Rav4 to my mother-in-law, taking his time to make sure she truly understood each feature from the Bluetooth to the navigation and the challenge of voice control, for her, its really easy. I drove past 5 other Toyota dealerships to meet with Jeremy and it was really worth the trip. If you are looking for a new or used Toyota, do yourself a favor and give him a call. More
Wrongfully charged and misguided Took my Tundra in for just an oil change and I told them that I had a blown fuse for the cargo lights I just didn't know which fuse it was cause diagr Took my Tundra in for just an oil change and I told them that I had a blown fuse for the cargo lights I just didn't know which fuse it was cause diagram on the cover doesn't specify which one is for the cargo lights. All I needed was that fuse change and before I knew it I ended up paying $58 for basically about $2 fuse had known that I would've taken it else where that I'm sure they wouldn't have even charged me. I asked $58 for a $2 fuse I was the technician had test to make sure it worked just ridiculous, but my service rep. Mrs. Johnson was professional and polite even though she wasn't the rep who checked me in or misinformed me. Would I get my truck serviced there again let's just say it's up in the air.🤔 More
