Hello Mr Smith, I was a customer when we owned a 2003 (I think that was the model-year) Highlander. A lady (service advisor) named Rhonda was superb. Your employees in the service department seem to only care about how much they can find to add to the list vs helping you SEE what’s in need of repair. I don’t want to use an app with a video to show me a part that needs to be replaced. To find me in the database Home # 8033661409 Mobile # 8039849286 Name: Terry W Godfrey My recent visit was when I brought in my daughter’s 2008 Highlander I asked them to add her (Natalie) so I can frequent the dealership for service; maybe some time later - trade in But not certain we’ll be back.
