I purchased a brand new 2022 Toyota Camry from this dealership back in November 2021. It was a great buying experience with sales person Maurice. In addition do not and I repeat do not ever buy an extended warranty from this dealership because it will take you longer to cancel it then you ever thought possible. I am still fighting to get this canceled and no one seems to know anything or be able to help me and then they tried to tell me that there was going to be a cancellation fee of over $1000 I don’t believe that. Be cautious when you’re purchasing something like this. More
I texted with a salesperson named Tran who assured me that they had a Toyota Venza in stock and on the lot. I drove 75 miles to the dealership only to be told they did not have any on the lot and didn’t that they had a Toyota Venza in stock and on the lot. I met with salesperson Andre who calmed me down quite a bit and did his best to look for the car in the system. I was also contacted by the manager Curtis, he apologized for the inconvenience and said he would contact the call center so this nonsense wouldn’t recur. He also offered to do whatever he could to gain my trust in his dealership. Andre and Curtis definitely seem willing to correct for this error. More
Salesman Andre Andrews is the worst. He did a poor job explaining the features of the car & his after sales care is horrible. He is rude & nasty. If a car warranty says 3 years/36,000 miles bumper to bump explaining the features of the car & his after sales care is horrible. He is rude & nasty. Charged $215 for a new key + $115 for programming. (2013 a Toyota Camry) I purchased a key online for $50 and they said it did not work. The key I purchased online was a “H” model and the key they sold a Toyota Camry) I purchased a key online for $50 and they said it did not work. The key I purchased online was a “H” model and the key they sold me was a “G” model. I noticed this as soon as they handed me the cut key. The dealer should have noticed this immediately in which he could have told me I purchased the wrong key model. But why would they do that when they could make and extra $215 off of me?!?!? Complete rip off. If you can purchase your key online please do so. Even if you have to buy both models of the key. You will still come out under the dealer price. Then you can just return the other key. More
I worked with Scott Baker. He was present from beginning to finish. He was honest and did exactly what he said he would do. He wasn’t overbearing with sales. He advised me of recommendations nicely.
