NEVER AGAIN. .LOST A CUSTOMER. I scheduled a service appointment the reccomended 5 days in advance so they would have the part. I had a 7 A.M. time slot and had .LOST A CUSTOMER. I scheduled a service appointment the reccomended 5 days in advance so they would have the part. I had a 7 A.M. time slot and had to drive 23 miles to get there. I phoned them the previous evening to make sure that the part was there as my time is valuable and spoke with Tim, who "cofirmed", after a 5 minute hold, that my part was there, and approximate cost would be $350-$400. I arrived at 6:45 A.M. and waited in line. I was greeted by friendly, unknown Service Advisor and away went my car. Approximately 45 minutes later, I was told what was wrong, (after I had already told them what was needed) and that they needed to order the part and the cost would be around $800. I was VERY unhappy at this point and ordered the part elsewhere and will replace it myself at a savings of almost $500. "YOU TUBE" is a WONDERFUL THING ! More

Took my 2022 Toyota highlander in 20 K maintenance service and when I got the car back once again, I had oil residue on my front bumper and hood and someone unplugged my dash cam from the top power so service and when I got the car back once again, I had oil residue on my front bumper and hood and someone unplugged my dash cam from the top power source so now I’m driving down the road with my dash cam off and if I would’ve gotten into an accident nothing would have been recorded because the idiot technician or service advisor unplugged my dash cam it’s crazy. This is an ongoing issue and these idiots just cannot get it right like I said idiots . More
