I'm not looking for any handouts, just posting my experience for others to review, so the time to "make it right" is most likely gone. The most unfortunate part of this experience was the fact, this vehicle is my daughter's vehicle and her very first experience bringing a car to a dealership. Curtis that is because the visit was under my Wife’s name Christina Cougill. Which you clearly figured out since you just called her. Not only did you Not read the facts of the review, but YOU called HER, accusing her of lying and then don’t even try to listen to the facts. We bought the truck off of YOUR website. The picture that I posted of the details of the purchase clearly says Toyota of Rock Hill, then the delivery says FREE to Toyota of Rock Hill, that is what it has to do with you. You are scamming customers which is against the FTC, how hard is this to understand?
