The service department at this dealership is always great. They are professional, practical, communicative. They go above and beyond. I wish I could say that I’ve had nothing but great experiences here since my first visit last year in March. However it’s gone downhill. The last few oil changes we have gotten have been extremely lon experiences here since my first visit last year in March. However it’s gone downhill. The last few oil changes we have gotten have been extremely long — as in very lengthy wait times. One of them I waited over two hours?! Absurd. An oil change, especially when scheduled, should never take that long. Additionally, just today, we went to bring our car in for its oil change and it took an hour and a half. The length of time it takes when we have an appointment is absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention no one came to notify us that the car was ready. Very frustrating. (This also happened the previous time I brought it in for an oil change.) The person we requested when we booked online (Tim, that checked us in) not only left/was on break or something when the car was done — but the person covering him knew nothing about the discount we had for the oil change (it was used when the appt was booked and in the confirmation email) and made my husband have to have me retrieve it to show proof. The least that could have been done before Tim left for the day or his break, is to brief whoever is taking over so they know how to approach checkout. Very disappointing overall and we most likely won’t be coming back if this continues regularly as it has. More
