They performed wheel alignment and one of the tire is still making rattling noise. They didn’t provide before and after measurements for the wheel alignment. They refused to provide it and they asked me to stop by at dealership to inspect the dealership to inspect the fluid levels and the alignment and was told they’re gonna charge for it more likely. Also, I asked for the parts and reminded them several times, though they didn’t provide any info for that. The staff was rude during my follow up call. More
