A little communication problem occurred. When I got the estimate for the brake repair I called the service center and asked to speak to Jason. I had already dropped the car off at the deale When I got the estimate for the brake repair I called the service center and asked to speak to Jason. I had already dropped the car off at the dealership. Jason wasn’t available so I requested he return my call before he started work on the car. That was two days ago. This morning Jason called to let me know my car was ready. He said he did not receive my message. I was upset because I had called another place and got a better rate. Needless to say I am very upset. I am a widow living on a fixed income. Jason did reduce the charge but it still was more than the other quote I received. I still believe I am due some additional compensation. I love my 2010 Prius and hope to drive it for many more years. Thank you. Marie Neely. More

I made an appointment to change the oil and they did not even to that. The customer service reps in the service department are rude and do not seem to care at all about the customers.
